We have talked a lot about wounds and ways to treat them, but this time we would like to discuss a slightly different topic.
Natural active ingredients, what does that mean?
The intention with natural active ingredients is to exhaust the benefits of nature as many wise men did in the past to heal diseases and wounds.
The first ingredient we will talk about is avocado oil 🥑.
This oil is known for its virtues, and for many years, it has been used to treat damaged skin, wounds, and skin infections.

You can find all the answers to this critical question in the article➡️
How do Venous Ulcers Develop? Venous ulcers are wounds that occur when the veins in your legs cannot pump blood back up to your heart efficiently. Clogged arteries, also known as atherosclerosis, are the buildup of fibrous and fatty material inside the arteries and are the underlying condition that causes coronary heart disease and other circulatory diseases. Arteriosclerosis can affect all arteries, but especially those that supply blood to the heart (coronary), the neck arteries that supply blood to the brain (carotid), and the arteries that supply blood to the legs (peripheral). This can eventually cause symptoms such as chest pain (angina) or lead to conditions of accumulation that also cause ulcers. Arterial ulcers result from an arterial disease that causes a blockage, and the treatment of the ulcers is separate from the treatment of the disease (it is necessary to treat the skin).

Although International Nurses Day is not taking place today, after many days of hard work in various hospital departments, we decided it was time to thank all nurses for their dedicated and loyal work.
So respect them and tell us about the nurse that deserves a big thank you from all of us ❤
As part of the DCB project involving wound care nurses, we would love you to share your story in the comments and tell others and us how you dealt with your or your loved one's wound ✏️❤
Symptoms of xerosis include:
▪️ Skin that is dry, itchy, and scaly, especially on the arms and legs.
▪️ Skin that feels tight, especially after bathing
white, flaky skin.
▪️ Red or pink, irritated skin.
▪️ Fine cracks on the skin.
Treatment is designed to relieve your symptoms. Treating dry skin at home includes regular use of moisturizers on the skin. Generally, an oil-based cream is more effective at retaining moisture than a water-based cream.
Look for creams that contain the ingredients lactic acid, urea, or a combination of both.
Other treatment methods include:
▪️ Avoiding forced heat.
▪️ Taking lukewarm baths or showers.
▪️ Drinking plenty of water.
Natural treatments such as essential oils and aloe are famous for treating xerosis. Soothing agents such as avocado oil can help retain moisture and relieve itching.
happy to help,
CleaDerma DCB🌿
