Remember to prioritize yourself, pause throughout your work day, move your body, take deep breaths.. do whatever you need to feel your best. Because once you hit burn out, it’s so much harder to get back to your “feel good” state. 😩
What’s one way you’re putting yourself first today? For me, I went for a nice walk (not the walk pictured here) and did a quick arm workout! I’ll also be enjoying some herbal tea and keeping hydrated all day 🥰

I know I’ve posted this before but I felt called to post it once again today after a conversation with a friend 🧡 It just continues to be so accurate and I think it’s a good reminder for anyone experiencing some challenges or temptations right now. Even when it feels like it really won’t, I promise you it will 🧡 Hang in there, good things are coming you’re way. Whether that be a new opportunity, newfound awareness, growth, clarify… one day soon you’ll see that things have worked out 🙌✨
It’s ok to ask for what you need 🧡 If you need some words of affirmation, ask! If you need someone to go with you to something out of your comfort zone, ask! Whatever it is, it’s always ok to ask for a helping hand ✨
You don’t have to go through the scary things (or anything) alone, if you don’t want to. Find your community- the people who lift you up and make you feel at home. Find the people who challenge you yet make you feel safe. And if you don’t have that, message me!!🧡
Part of my healthy morning routine is my breakfast! 😍 Eating breakfast gives my body the energy and nourishment it needs to start the day, focus on tasks, and keep me feeling good!
We already have so many stressors in our day to day lives and skipping breakfast adds additional stress to the body. It is especially important for women!

Challenge yourself. Get to know yourself a little more each and every day 🧡 Find the things you deeply love about yourself, and even the things you don’t. Learn what brings you pure bliss in life. Discover all your happy places. Figure out what lights your soul on fire and what dims your light.

How to embrace the idea of growth:
- dig deeper & ask questions (what is this trying to teach me, how can I move on from this, why does this keep happening, etc)
- use positive affirmations to support yourself and your mindset
- reevaluate boundaries & adjust as needed
- consider what has and hasn’t worked in the past
- really lean in to self-care
- allow space and time for all your thoughts to come through, release and clear then negative
- focus on all the aspects that you can control
- be intentional with your next steps
