On Monday, I was honored to be a part of a volunteer project that made 970 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for those experiencing homelessness!!

Once I learned some amazing things about the project and the volunteers, you better believe I gloved up to help spread some joy (AKA jelly)!

Where did Emily go?

Now, not only do I get to live in the EMF area and interview EMF businesses, I get to work in the area too!

I sincerely apologize for the delay in getting interviews scheduled. I got a new job in the area and have been focused on getting into the swing of things there. I also left the country on a family trip for about 2 weeks!

Now that I am back and maintaining a good work/life balance, I can dedicate some time to the blog again!!
