- Sugar = 80 gm
- Unsalted butter = 115 gm
- Egg No.1 x 1

# CARAMELIZED APPLE FILLING
- Apple = 600 gm
- Unsalted butter =30 gm
- Sugar = 80 gm
- Ground Cinnamon = 1/2 tsp

** bake 190 C x 35-40 min

- All purpose flour = 300 gm
- Sugar = 150 gm
- Ground cinnamon = 1 tsp
- Baking powder = 2 tsp
- Baking soda = 2 tsp
- Salt = 2 tsp
- Sour cream = 180 ml
- Vegetable oil = 180ml
- Egg x 2
- Vanilla extract = 2 tsp
- Carrots = 450 gm
- Apple cider = 120 ml

** Bake 180 C x 40 min

# FROSTING
- Cream cheese = 200 gm
- Usalted butter = 150 gm
- Vanilla extract = 1 tsp
- Icingsugar = 120 gm ( Adjust)

บราวนี่เนื้อช่ำๆ หน้าเป็นฟิล์มกรอบ เท่าที่ทำคนดูจะชอบสูตรนี้มากกว่าประมาณ 80% 55+

ingredients :
- unsalted butter = 125 gm
- rice bean oil = 1 tbsp
- sugar = 200 - 240 gm
- coffee powder = 2-3 tsp
- egg x 2
- all purposed flour = 75 gm
- cocoa powder = 60 gm
- salt = 1/4 tsp
- dark chocolate compound = 80 gm
- vanilla extract = 2 tsp

วิธีทำ :
1. นำเอาเนยมาตั้งไฟให้ละลาย (ไม่ต้องให้เดือด แค่ละลายพอ)
2. นำเนยละลายมาใส่โถผสม ใส่น้ำมันรำขาว แล้วนำมาตีกับน้ำตาล จนอุณหภูมิเย็นลง จึงค่อยๆใส่ไข้เข้าไปตีรวมกันทีละฟอง จนเนื่อเข้ากันดี ไม่จำเป็นต้องให้ขึ้นฟูมาก
3. เติมกลิ่นวนิดาเพิ่มความหอม
4. นำส่วนผสมของแห้งมาร่นใส่ลงไป คนกับไม้พายจนเนื้อเข้ากันดี ไม่ต้องให้เนื้อละเอียดมาก
5. ใส่ chocolate compound สับละเอียดลงไป คนให้กระจายทั่วๆ
6. เทใส่พิม 8x8

Bake 180 C x 22-25 min

- Unsalted butter = 150 gm
- Cake flour = 250 gm
- Almond powder = 50 gm
- Egg = 1
- Sugar = 100 gm
- A pinch of salt
** Bake 160 C x 35 min --> เอาหินอบออก 160 C x 3-10 min
--> egg wash --> bake 140 C x 5min

# GANACH
- Dark chocolate = 180 gm
- Heavy cream = 125 gm
- Unsalted butter = 20 gm

# GLACAGE
- Granulated sugar = 50 gm
- Cocoa powder = 20 gm
- Gelatin sheet = 3 gm
- Heavy cream = 30gm
- Water = 35 gm
** Temp = 32 C
