📢 LIVE NOW - CHILDCARE SURVEY FOR WEST HIGHLAND PENINSULAS📢

Please help us to demonstrate a need for more childcare solutions within our communities.

Whether you are based in Ardnamurchan, Morvern, Moidart, Ardgour, Sunart, etc. If you are based in the area, and have a family, or expecting a baby, ⭐ PLEASE complete this survey ⭐.

We can't make any change without this information! This isn't just for families with babies either - as well as solutions such as a community run/social enterprise day-care, we are also looking into after school and school holiday childcare, so do take the time to fill this in.

🎼 Live music this weekend! Please do email to let them know you are attending. 🎼

Don't forget the concerts in St Columba's Chapel Drimnin this weekend.

Lunch is available at Achnacriche B&B by prior reservation on 07715 677277 (before 3.00pm on Friday please).

Concert details:
We begin the weekend of concerts at Drimnin with three quartets by the undisputed classical masters of the genre, Mozart, Haydn and Beethoven. The Cuarteto Iberia from Spain will open Saturday’s concert with Mozart's K.387 G major quartet, full of the joys of spring. The London-based Kleio Quartet will then perform Haydn's 'Rider' quartet Op. 74 No. 3, a rustic and dance-filled work. The Iberia's will end the concert with Beethoven's majestic and epic first 'Razumovsky' quartet Op. 59 No. 1.
On Sunday we will hear two classics from the repertoire - Haydn's Quartet in C Op. 74 No. 1, full of wit and invention, and Dvorak's glorious final quartet Opus 106 in G Major. In between these the Kleio Quartet will perform two movements for quartet by the American jazz trumpeter and composer Wynton Marsalis.
