Last weekend was National finals at Santa Pod Raceway. It was a mixed bag with 11 second runs. Torrential rain. Unforeseen delays. Unfortunately knocked out in the second round.
So that wrapped up the 2022 season for us. Today the championship was updated and Jake came 13th out of 33 in his category. A huge achievement for an 18 year old who has only ever ridden a 125cc bike before let alone raced a 750cc drag bobber. It’s also been a huge learning curve for myself building my first custom hardtail frame and building a drag bike from scratch.
Thanks to all at ET Bike for your help and advice and being so welcoming.
Matt Jones for assistance and help it is very much appreciated.
The eagle eyed Ian Blackett for spotting items we could improve on and great pics.

Q1 11.95 seconds at 107 mph. Breakout dialed in at 12.00. Sometimes too fast is not good. But when it’s an 11 second run it’s awesome.
Well it’s qualifying day. 1st round for at 12.35.
2nd run of the day and settling in nicely. 12.09 seconds at 106 mph.
Last event of the season. Test day today. Wish us luck. 🍀
A few changes ready for National Finals next weekend at
Thanks to Nick at Insane Motorcycles for welding on the ball on our shortened clutch lever.
