World Bridge Foundation
Changing lives through arts and education while bringing people together in profound ways.
Would you like to contribute to changing the lives of over 50,000 young people in the US & Uganda through art, music and dance?
You can make a difference by contributing to the "Changing the World USA Tour 2023" of Dance of Hope, a troupe of 15 aspirational students and young performers from impoverished communities in Uganda.
Children are able to develop emotionally and socially as a direct result of the experience with Dance of Hope.
Our young Ugandan performers engage in conversation and interactive arts activities with American kids, leaving an impact that lasts a lifetime.
Without your help this tour would not be possible. Your support helps to cover the costs of meals, lodging, visas, travel, passports, costumes, health insurance, musical instruments, and other required expenses.
Every dollar helps, so any donation is greatly appreciated!

Our Approach
World Bridge Foundation’s approach is unique for its emphasis on individual development and active engagement with a community-focused philosophy through four main areas: Arts, Life Skills, Psychosocial support, and Child Education.
In Uganda, children are taught skills they can fall back on and generate income from in order to remain independent and financially secure despite the stark odds stacked against them. These competencies, which include knitting and tailoring, craft-making, music instrument making, music training, baking and carpentry increase confidence, and mean that within competitive job markets, young people are able to better understand the world and are qualified to assert themselves.
In addition, our approach is intentionally replicable, modeled off of a foundation of core values and principles which allow World Bridge Foundation to remain both adaptable and transferable from context to context. With the goal of expanding both nationally and internationally as well as in conjunction with other organizations across the globe, it is essential that World Bridge Foundation remains consistent in its commitments.
Would you like to help make a difference in over 45,000 students’ lives in the United States & Uganda through arts education & performance?
You can do so by supporting a group of 15 ambitious students art young performers of Dance of Hope traveling from underserved communities in Uganda to tour the United States for their “Changing the World USA Tour 2023".
15 children coming from impoverished communities in Uganda will travel with Dance of Hope to the United States to explore the transformational power of music and dance while they turn their negative stories into positive ones and inspire audiences to do the same.
Through a series of concerts across the country, Dance of Hope will bring Africa’s young cast of performers to showcase a resilience born out of sounds that enhance creativity, grit, and change. The Changing the World USA tour will deliver life-changing programs to children in schools, hospitals, families, and At-risk communities that cannot afford to access such art programs.
However, this trip is not possible without your support. World Bridge Foundation seeks your support to defray the costs of meals, accommodations, visas, airfares, passports, costumes, health insurance, music instruments, and many more expenses necessary.
