We looked at rates and fees, and compared the service experience we initially received from the various companies. It did not take long for us to agree on which team we wanted to work with. From step one, my first phone call, it became evident that the Summit team has exceptional service and is very personable. Josh asked about my budget, goals, wants, and needs for this home purchase and assured me that he would do his best to work within my desired parameters.
Once we got to work on this journey, Josh Rivers, Kristen Thrasher, and Kim Rutledge worked around our schedules to make themselves accessible, even during non-traditional working hours, and they were all quick to respond to our questions. The team worked closely with Jenny and I to let us know where we were at in the funding process - this put at ease while it reassured us we were going in the right direction and not letting anything fall through the cracks. This is our first time purchasing a home so there was a lot of handholding, but the team always made sure to explain details in a language we were able to understand; they made us feel comfortable. The Summit team made the process easy to very much enjoyable and we feel confident in referring the team to our friends and family for their future lending needs. Also, those parameters Josh told me he would do his best to hit, he kept those top of mind and was spot on with delivery. We look forward to working with Josh, Kim, and Kristen in future home purchases. Jenny and I are so excited, thank you all!

After one conversation with Josh Rivers I was in love. I was so impressed with his kindness and as the process progressed I was equally impressed in how he explained everything to me as well as what and why he needed the info he was requesting. I felt as though I’d known him a very long time.
