How consistent are you?.
I hear many people say they don’t get results fast etc etc. This sport requires patience and consistency! Let me put it this way, do you get obese over night? No, it takes months and months eating utter crap, you can’t expect to be losing a stone a week, that’s not healthy!.
Get yourself a structured diet & training plan and stick to it, when you hit a plateau making small adjustments and carry on.
