It is not just about money, we distribute lot of freebies & samples without even charging for courier. 💸

It is about the mental harassment & absolute wastage of time that ppl like Preeti Saha (HR at Amdocs) and Reema Nawani (an advocate) subject us to. 😡

✋️ In one case she raised a false complain about the of our tea BUT denied to return the product inspite of an immediate, no question asked, full refund.
And NO that wasn't it... she kept abusing us using choicest of profanity on all channels from Amazon's Seller connect, WhatsApp to phone. 🗣🙉

✋️ In this case buyer had been creating drama for almost 1 month.

🤮 Dimag ka dahi -1

She reported no delivery 22 days after delivery. Amazon issued immediate 100% refund.
But wait. Thats not all. She blamed us of showing fake details of delivery online.

📌 She purposefully didnot pick up phone during delivery & gave home address where she is not available.

📌 We dropped Whatsapp msg & mail 2 days after delivery to ensure safe transit. No response to that.

📌 We provided proof of delivery to Amazon to avoid being listed for malpractice.

🤮 Dimag ka dahi-2

She receives an official confirmation for & writes to us," I wanted the order to be delivered not the refund" & that she was waiting for the tea.

Our team sits down to track the package/ actual proof of delivery inspite of full refund.

📌 We shared copy of DSR, she still denied delivery.

📌 The delivery boy called the number given in DSR to reconfirm. ✅️

📌 We call the same number, her brother confirms she gave the package to her.✅️

🤮 Dimag ka dahi-3

We share the signed copy of DSR & her own brother's confirmation of delivery of package.

She asks us to arrange a pick up.

We arranged reverse pickup

She again msgs that she will decide after reaching home whether she wants to keep the package or pay for it.

Then she shares this fake video & obviously "no payment" 😡

alert! Brighten up your morning with these fluffy matcha muffins. We love them straight out of the oven paired with a cup of warm tea.⁠

Ingredients:⁠
2 bananas⁠
3 eggs⁠
1 teaspoon vanilla⁠
2 heaping* tablespoons Art of Tea Matcha⁠
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup⁠
1 tsp baking powder⁠
1 tsp baking soda⁠
1.5 cups oat flour ⁠
Sprinkle of cinnamon (optional)⁠

Recipe:⁠
1. Preheat oven to 350*F and line a muffin tin with 12 muffin liners.⁠
2. Add banana, eggs, honey, and vanilla in a blender and blend on low for 1 minute until smooth.⁠
3. Start the blender again, and slowly add in the baking powder, baking soda, matcha, and oat flour. Blend until incorporated fully, a minute or so.⁠
4. Use an ice cream scoop to evenly distribute the mixture from the blender into the tins. Optional sprinkle of cinnamon on top!⁠
5. Bake for 20 minutes.⁠

यूँ तो 15 अगस्त को हर साल मिठाई मिल जाती है, 🤗
पर तोतली आवाज़ में सारे जहाँ से अच्छा के सबसे बेसुरे version 🎙🎶 से लेकर NCC परेड 👮‍♀‍ तक स्कूल के वो 15 साल जब अपनी परफॉरमेंस से ज्यादा चिंता इस बात की रहती थी की ये नाच गाने 💃 🤳 के चक्कर में कम्बख्त लड्डू ही न ख़तम न हो जाएँ..

आँख के एक कोने से टकटकी लगाये जिन लड्डूओं को निहारते घंटों बीत जाते थे सोचो इतनी मेहनत के बाद.. जब कभी प्रॉप्स वापस टीचर के पास जमा करने के सियापे में पता चलता था की लड्डू तो ख़तम...
बlय गॉड ऐसा लगता था जैसे अंग्रेज़ो ने वापस आ कर दुगने लगान की मुनादी करा दी हो..

घुटनो तक लटके मुंह के साथ घर वापस जाते थे तो अम्मा अपने पल्लू से हमारा नॉन एक्सिस्टिंग पसीना पूछ्ते हुए दुलार से कहती थी, “अरे मेरी लाडो... कोई बात न, लड्डू देश से बड़े थोड़ा न है. तुमने झंडा फहराया न अच्छे से... अब लड्डू पापा ला देंगे" 💫💞💫

अब उन्हें कौन समझाए की 15 अगस्ट के लड्डू में जो मजा है वह हलवाई की दूकान में कहाँ..? 🎊

खैर अब तो लगता है सदियां बीत गयी सिर्फ हलवाई के ही यहाँ के लड्डू खाते खाते. ✍

पर कोई न.. ईश्वर करें 😇✨आपको अनंत काल तक 15 अगस्त के लड्डू यूँ ही मिलते रहें और आप और भावी पीढ़ी यूँ ही स्वतंत्र स्वच्छंद आकाश तले 🍀 प्रेमपूर्वक उस गरिमायी तिरंगे को लहराते रहे 😍 जिसकी निर्मल छाँव 75 साल से हमे हर आतंक और प्रताड़ना से सुरक्षित रखे हुए है और ईश्वर की कृपा से आगे भी रक्खेगी. 💎🤞
