Hello! I will enter a guilty plea with the court if all the conditions my legal team requested are satisfied. For that to happen, they will also concede to drop all the remaining charges against me. I did NOT yet sign the proposed document but I am thinking about doing it for many good reasons.

It is amazing how cunning the enemy is. Those who were there this Friday saw how the prosecutors tried their worse, at the last minute, to push an additional charge back in that they could not get in during the week of negotiation. Because Eddy was before the courtroom and before the judge, they tried to pressure him to admit that the 5% were fake/bogus and that they were made up. They even told Eddy that if he did not agree with that the deal is off. Right there the defense team got up and spoke. After the break the process was able to continue but Eddy totally refuse to accept that additional charge. The prosecutors finally left it alone because they knew they found nothing at all that would prove otherwise. They were trying to add that last minute pressure cooker style maneuver thinking that he would cave in and make their case a little stronger. But the man said that he will not admit to something that he did not do and neither will he be forced into a deal that would not be good for his members or himself. His members were first called the unwitting people as if they were gullible sheep being taken to the shearers.

One person who have seen our strength as members in unity is the Receivership David Castleman. He thought that he was petting sheeps but he soon realized that we were roaring lions under God's care. Don't mess with EminiFX members and it's livelihood.

Here are some important questions that we as members would like to hear from the prosecutor.

1. When will the Receivership be transparent and tell the members that they now have received from the hands of Eddy Alexandre the statements for all the trades that were done from September 2021 to May 2022 showing the current balance of $107 million?

2. When will the CFTC/Prosecutor/ Government make it clear to the members on how Eddy Alexandre actually lost the $6 million out of a $9 million trading account and who was the actual cause of this lost?

3. Will there be a Stay on Civil case so as to concentrate more fully on the Criminal case for August 3rd?

4. At this stage, shouldn't all charges against Eddy Alexandre be dropped for lack of evidence?
As Judge Gillers said after the prosecutors tried to burry a document that would have help the defense in a case. “The behavior here is what one might expect of an overly aggressive lawyer representing a private party. But Prosecutors have a duty to do justice ahead of any desire to win".

Dick Gregorie, a retired assistant U.S. attorney in Miami, said "any misrepresentation in a court is a serious offense that should be treated accordingly. When you are an officer of the court, you better be absolutely certain that what you’re saying is accurate and you’re not playing games.”

Well, whatever the prosecutor wants to do, we want to believe that it is in the spirit of pursuing the truth and if it is so, they shall know the truth and the truth shall set "Eddy" free.

First thing to know is what was disclosed in the courtroom on June 14th. Judge John P Cronan who is presiding on the criminal case use to be the boss of Emil Bove at the Department of Justice (DOJ). Emil Bove was the Supervisor of the prosecutors who are now on this case.

Mr. Emil Bove, an accomplished former federal prosecutor with extensive trial and appellate experience, represents clients in government investigations, white-collar criminal and regulatory defense matters, internal investigations, and complex commercial litigation.

Mr. Emil Bove handled some of the country’s most significant national security matters during his tenure, and he was Co-Chief of the Office’s national security unit during his last two years as a prosecutor. Emil’s investigations involved sanctions evasion, export controls, money laundering, foreign corruption and bribery, cybersecurity and data intrusions, espionage, the Foreign Agents Registration Act.

Mr. Bove, co-headed the Terrorism and International Narcotics Unit, was responsible for overseeing high profile cases including the prosecution of Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro and top allies on drug charges and the investigation of Cesar Sayoc, a supporter of Donald Trump who admitted to sending 16 pipe bombs to prominent Democrats and CNN in 2018.

Now that we are awaiting for August 3rd let's review what we already know as members.

Last week Monday, the Prosecutor and the Receivership received a stack of statements showing all the trades that had been made by Eddy Alexandre since last year in behalf of the membersof EminiFX. Because of that a $107 million dollars was shown in that trading account apart from the $62 million in Reserve and apart from the $14.7 million that Bank of America was withholding and which started all this.

Now this $107 million dollar trading account is a problem for the prosecutor and the Receivership, who all along said that Eddy did not do any trades. As a Ponzi scheme he was just taking money from Paul, the new members, to pay Peter, the old members. So according to them there were to be no more money found in EminiFX. Is it possible one of the main reasons for the Gag Order is really for the prosecutor and the Receivership to have a reason not to put additional info out to the members that would undermined their message to the members that this is a Ponzi scheme and that you may not be able to get all your money, principal and ROI?

Now that they have also seen the videos on YouTube which clearly shows Eddy Alexandre having a vote trying to close registration to not have additional members is also a problem with the narrative because a Ponzi scheme can't survive without constantly adding new members. Not only that but Eddy is seen over and over again telling the members that you do not need to invite anyone "Zero Affiliates ".

Also the government case against Eddy has actually hurt the members because the $107 million was more. But because they have stop EminiFX and Eddy has not been able to trade, they inadvertently caused EminiFX to lose some money. The good thing is that Eddy was very frugal in his management of EminiFX and never traded all the funds only a portion of what was needed to ensure he can keep his promise of 5% to 9.99% to the members.

Again we call on all the members to pray for the prosecutors that they will allow God to guide them in the truth and do right by the members that they are "seeking to protect". Their current actions, which we hope was in the search for justice and not discrimination, is causing tremendous financial hardship to 62000 members. Let not the prosecutors do like Ananias and Sapphira.

Our wonder CEO Eddy Alexander presented all his license to the cftc. He also said that cftc had also suggested he update his license due to the volume of money he was managing. The lawyers are negotiating to dismiss the civil case, but they wants to focus on the criminal case 1st, as they concern if the civil is dismissed they may still try to keep our fund under the criminal case.
