V.J.S Foundation
V.J.S Foundation is a non-donation seeking and non-profit making organisation.
The organisation's main focus is to support Education, Women Empowerment and Sports.
On the occassion of International Women's Day our foundation organised a "Cancer Screening Camp" for our BBMP Pourakarmikas of Shantala Nagar Ward.
Thanks to Dr. Gowshik & his team from Bangalore Cancer Centre for conducting this camp and creating an awareness.
Thanks to Sri. S.S Jain Trust, for allowing us to use their hall for minimal cost.
Thanks to Tawaq Medical Services for renting the stretcher/bed for absolutely no cost.
We are pleased to announce that V.J.S Foundation has collaborated with Bangalore Independents Football Club.
Bangalore Independents FC has started its campaign in the 2020-2021 edition of the prestigious Bangalore Division Football Association - Super Division League.
Thanks to the club manager Sujeeth Kumar for building an extraordinary team and for inviting me to handover the new kit to the players.
It was an honour to handover the kit to one of Karnataka and India's finest player Xavier Vijay Kumar (Xavi).
We hope to see this incredible team put up some strong performances against some credible opponents.
God Bless You...
The year 2020 has been miserable to many, but it has taught us to value the little things, which until recently was insignificant.
The pandemic has served a grim reminder that life can be fickle so, it is important that each one of us is kind, compassionate and count our many blessings.
The lockdown has eased and economy is slowly opening up, but it will take time for jobs to come by.
Covid has driven many to poverty and as food insecurity continues to be a major concern in our locality, V.J.S Foundation continues to work to fill in the gaps.
Our chief guest Rev. Fr. Jerome Stanislaus, Parish Priest and Rev. Fr. Devasagayam, Asst. Parish Priest - Sacred Heart Church distributed ration kits to 100 families.
