🎥Yesterday afternoon, I had the opportunity to speak with Channel 10TV about my journey with autism as well as my experience in writing books and launching my own company. I’m thrilled to share that the interview will air this Monday, both in the morning and evening. It’s truly a blessing to witness the fruits of my labor unfolding before my eyes. Last year, I was struck by a powerful vision: to create an inclusive playground where every individual feels welcomed.

My son Jeremiah, now 7 years old, will one day be 17—a man in size but still with the need to play. Where does he go without judgment or feeling too big? This question led me to realize how many families are unable to fully enjoy community parks.

So, instead of waiting, I decided to take action. I assembled a board of incredible moms who shared my vision, and together, we embarked on this initiative.

After many discussions, hurdles, and moments of doubt, we finally received a YES! Jeremiah’s Corner has been approved by Metro Parks. While I can’t divulge too much about dates and location yet, I can share that it will come to fruition this year. However, for it to truly fulfill its purpose, we need to hear from the voices of the community.

Day 2 and it’s been already sooo inspiring. Had the opportunity to chat with the legend Dr. Temple Grandin. I told her all about Jeremiah's Corner and my books and her recommendation was to write a book on bullying. So I will do just that. 🙌🙌🙌

Flew all the way to California to attend a 3 day conference to better support my son and the families I serve under Jeremiah's Corner

So excited to learn from some of the best and hear about some of the latest research in Autism. 🤗
