Burpee into a step squat.
For beginners high plank burpee and a squat. The squat doesn't need to be on a step. A body air squat is good enough.
I hate burpees. But I do them like I adore them. Because know how beneficial they are.
Oblique side twists. Works the obliques, core & shoulders.
