Taste Test had an amazing time speaking to Kenny Crowell from the “Bayou Bro's Cajun Boils" food cart. What makes “Bayou Bro’s Cajun Boils” so unique is that it is the only food cart in Oregon that processed the permits to cook live seafood on their food cart. Typically, seafood tends to be shipped and cooked frozen – but not at Bayou Bro’s. Most ingredients are shipped fresh from Louisiana, making the experience that much more authentic.

Danielle joked that her husband Jason is truly an SOB, labeling their business the perfect name with the perfect shtick."
