Smoked Tomato & Mozzarella Caprese Salad

Its a simple Italian salad made from Smoked Tomato, Fresh Mozzarella Cheese and the flavor of Basil Pesto and some Rocket Leaf.

This dish represents the flag of Italy as it has all 3 colors in a single dish .

Its was a great learning while working in this event. It was not only about cooking food but also how to manage the kitchen and working with team was very necessary to make this event a success.

Cabbage Dolmas

Its a Greek Dish generally prepared with grape vine leaves but here we used cabbage for making rolls and it was stuffed with minced chicken and rice which were the two main ingredients for stuffing.

Ravioli with Clam Sauce

This dish is full of seafood as the sauce is made from clam meat and the stuffing of ravioli is minced prawns with cream cheese and a touch of basil chiffonade.
