Afternoon all, we are finally getting caught up and have some pork available

We have 4-H pigs going in soon, ready middle of August.

Custom cut order available for increments of 1/2 hog.

Standard order is:
Pork chops
Pork steak
Bacon
Spiral sliced ham
Ribs
1/3 brats
1/3 breakfast links
1/3 bulk ground pork

Price is $145 per quarter, including pig and processing. About 40 lbs of meat.

We have 6 pigs available in August.
We have 10 pigs available in January of 2024
We have 5 pigs available in March of 2024.

Pickup will be available next Saturday, with more details to follow.

If you did not have a chance to preorder, but would like to, we still have 3 (40 lb) bundles for the price of $135 each and 7 (30 lb) bundles for the price of $105 each. First come, first served. We will also have more available in August. 🐖

**Edited to clarify: The 40 lb bundles and the 30 lb bundles have the same cuts, but the pigs were different sizes, so the # of lbs of meat/cut is the only difference. Same price per lb of meat.**

Good morning. Hope everyone has enjoyed the pork and maybe has saved the ham for the holidays. As you can tell, I need some photos of the results, if you add a picture I'll select 1 person at random for 50% off a bundle.

Got some news about next year and we have gotten some spots at Krehbiels again, even with them expanding they are still booked up till 2022.

We are offering the same bundle of a 1/4 hog, 40 lbs for $135. If you would like a custom order, we can do that, but would need to be in increments of 1/2 pig.

We have 8 pigs that will be available for pickup around April 1st. And also 8 pigs available about September 15th. Please comment below with your order or send a message or ask if you have any questions. I have Tanya Ayotte, Faith Ward, Mellissa Helms(3), Kate Jelle, Sara Rice(2), on the list, please confirm dates and bundles. It is first come first serve for spots for either dates, if one date gets full I'll post an update.

Part of the pork is done, 3 of the 4 pigs are ready to be picked up. We will be picking up them this afternoon and will have them at our house between 6&7 tonight, then make a delivery to Hesston at 7 at King Park north of the splash pad, then a trip to Wichita early tomorrow morning before work. It's easier to transport when it cooler in the morning. We have freezer space to hold onto them if tonight doesn't work. I've notified you directly about the 4th pig that isn't quite ready.

We are still patiently waiting for the pork. They are finishing up the bacon and hope to have it smoked and cured soon.

The bacon is worth the wait as there is minimal grease in the pan, and more meat to eat.

I've started this to keep everybody up to date on pork schedules.

For those with the June run, Krehbiels is working through the pork and will be getting them done soon, the bacon and hams are smoking now. Once they are done we will set up a delivery time, looks like there is few in Moundridge and a few in Wichita. I'll be toughing base when they are done to set up details.
