I haven’t had the strength to post this until today. 😢 Our beloved Miss Petunia passed away a couple of months ago. At almost 15 years of age she succumbed to cancer. Sunday was her birthday and Alex & I spent the day remembering the joy, love and happiness she brought us over the years - and lots and lots of laughter! Brussels Griffons are definitely “velcro dogs” and Petunia was glued to my hip, or rather glued to my heart - and the hole left there is immense - but I feel her fiery, lovely spirit with me when I walk outside in the sun and wind along the East River where we used to walk each day…and I see those big eyes starring up at me in my dreams…💔 Her memory lives on in my heart. 💔

Perfect birthday = My sweet hubby gave me some beautiful flowers and baked me a cake ❤️my sweet baby girl Petunia gave me extra kisses 🐶 and we went to see the amazing Mugler Couturissme exhibit at the Brooklyn Museum!!
