1) Fatigue
Our bodies have a compound called adenosine triphosphate (ATP).
It’s responsible for providing energy on a cellular level.
The catch?
It binds to magnesium.
If you’re deficient, your body won’t have enough energy to function properly, so you’ll be fatigued.
2) Constipation
We have muscles in our colon.
Movement will be slower if those muscles are cramped.
Magnesium helps relax these muscles and draw water into the intestines.
3) Sleeplessness
Magnesium helps your body relax.

This is the hormone that lets calcium move into your joints and bones.
