I find it so interesting that the drawn card was a fire card, the highest fire card, and there was a jumper card that was also a fire card.

So, I think you can expect great and/or big things this week!

The king of fire is a card that represents the need to FOCUS and move full steam ahead. Put all of your energy into this task. You are in a situation where you can take leadership. OMG you guys! What a Christmas drive adventure we had. And, likely, many of you had similar experiences. We currently live in the mountains and travel about 10 hours north to see the kids for Christmas.

This year, as you know, the roads were testing our determination and skills on so many levels.

Our 10 hour drive turned into 15 hours and ice, snowy roads, and a snow storm as we traveled over the flat lands. Then AGAIN we traveled over slushy snow and ice through the mountains. Not something I ever look forward too.

We made it back and I took what I thought was a day to recoup, not realizing that I actually took two days. How does that happen?

Anyhow, I'm sorry for the delay. I didn't have my cards on me, I didn't have my pendulum on me, I listened to and followed my intuition for timing and which roads to take. I'm glad to have made it home safely.

I'll have the weeks tarot card up in about 5 - 10 minutes.

I wanted to add a picture of the roads, but the drive meant two hands on the wheel and there was no way I was going to take pictures at that time. So, here's one of our dog loving the snow.

I’ve noticed that some cards seem to be pulled more often than others. I believe that’s because we need to re-hear the message. Maybe we haven’t truly taken the message to heart yet.

Today’s card is Archangel Haniel, she’s a card that pops up for me fairly often.

Haniel is associated with the moon. This is a time to learn insights about yourself. This is a great holiday gift being given to you.

We are in a time where we are faced with fears and anxieties. Some of these emotions will be from within, but most of them, at this time in our world, come from without.

Call upon Haniel to increase your intuition, increase your clairvoyance, and help you develop trust in yourself. She will help you follow your spiritual gifts and bring you divine guidance.

Use this gift, use that intuition, see yourself for your spiritual self, and see the connection to the otherworld and the cause for anxiety. Realize your place in that connection. Look at the ways you can release that fear and anxiety.

The Awakening is a gift of time to relook at things. You may find your plans at a temporary standstill. Take time to stand back and see your plans from different angles. Is there a different approach that might work better?

You’ve been given this temporary standstill to give yourself time to rethink your strategies.

Maybe you need to step out of the norm? Embrace your unique and eclectic beliefs.

Give your time freely to others and it will be generously returned to you many times over. This will also allow your mind to focus on others long enough to come back and see things from a new perspective. Give yourself a loving break.

I love Haniel! She is known as the Joy of God, or the Grace of God. She is the Archangel of Divine Communication and is associated with the throat chakra.

She has a high-energy vibration and helps you to become aware of your intuition. Call upon her to strengthen that intuition.

She is associated with my favorite color, turquoise.

Haniel holds the book of life open in her hands to give you access to all you need to know. You will find that the answers you seek are in your emotions and feelings. Listen to them. Trust your intuition and your dreams.

This is the beginning of the holidays and life can get overwhelming and busy. Give yourself time to be still so you can gain insight. Have patience and let the world be busy if it wants while you sit in quiet thought. Ask Haniel for guidance.

The Emperor card is about organization. This is a time to understand that even though your dreams are valid and sound, you still need to organize your plans to manifest what you need to follow through and succeed.

Sit down and think through your plans. Create a detailed plan to reach your goals. Write each step-down and follow through on those steps. Maintain control over your plan and its progress.

It’s time to be a leader in your career, projects, and life.

Right now, structure and order are your best friends to move from the preparation stage into the final stage of your current goals.

Be organized and stay positive to be a great leader and in control of your goals.

As many times as I’ve drawn this card, I’ve never noticed the string instrument in the lower left-hand corner. Music is important for the soul. While you’re busy organizing and leading, remember that joy and song release stress and fill us with connection to Source.

Today's card for the week of Monday, Nov 7 - Sunday, Nov 13 is:
The Nine of Fire

There’s a crisp chill in the air this morning. The sun is shining and the mountain views are ‘mostly’ beautiful. Why only mostly? Because this morning, just down the road from me I see smoke rising in the mountain. That’s a serious issue for us here in the fall. The leaves are all down and flitting about in their dry crinkly state. Fires are a serious threat. The authorities have been notified and are on their way to investigate.

Like that fire, I have started a project that is growing and hopefully, unlike the fire, it’ll take off.

The Nine of Fire is about passion, being a warrior, and feeling both anger and love to appropriate degrees.

This card reminds you to not give up. Like the fire that is trying to gain momentum in the mountains near me, or the project I’m working on that lets my passion take hold and soar in the winds. I am reminded to have courage and to believe in myself. To protect what I have created.

What have you created lately? New relationships, starting a new business venture, or maybe you decided to get healthy.

The Nine of Fire is a reminder that we all experience ups and downs in life. Whatever you have recently started, know that there will be ups and downs. But, also know, that if you hold the courage, step out of your comfort zone, and stand up for your beliefs in your values, your ideas and projects, and for your inner guidance, you will move forward in a way that will increase the good things in your life. The Ten of Water

Talk about a perfect card for Halloween/Samhain! Water cards about family and that would include your ancestors. The veil is thin tonight and our loved ones are close by to guide us and send us love.

Today is Halloween or Samain which is considered the New Year for many. It’s a festival that marks the end of the harvest season. The corps are in and the pantries are loaded up. The beginning of the winter months is here. These coming months are the ‘darker side’ of the year. We experience fewer hours of sunlight. More of us will stay indoors where it’s warm. We semi-hibernate as we snuggle with family around fires and are wrapped in blankets.

This is a time to build our family relationships up and to trust in each other. It’s a time of harmony and love. Joy, peace, and unconditional love surround you now. Inhale the love deeply and give it back to those around you 10 fold.

You are blessed and loved.

Include your ancestors in that loving exhale of love.

The Awakening with Archangel Gabriel and a jumper card which was The Hermit with Archangel Raziel.

The two of these together are sending a powerful and profound message.

The Awakening - we are nearing Halloween, also known as Samhain. For some, Samhain is considered the beginning of the new year. It is also known as the day we honor our ancestors. The veil is the thinnest at this time of year and our friends, family, and ancestors can communicate with us easier at this time.

The Awakening seems so appropriate right now. Gabriel helps us and our loved ones on the other side to be able to send messages of love to each other.

This card is about looking at things from different angles. It’s about understanding that messages from the divine are golden nuggets to be cherished. Don’t let the struggles of life change who you are. Find your true self. Stay the course. Know that as Samhain approaches you can reach for the knowledge that your loved ones want you to know.

It’s so interesting that The Hermit with Archangel Raziel jumped out to be heard at this time. Like a hermit, it’s time to sit quietly and alone as you meditate. This will allow the messages from your ancestors to come through. Let the joy of reconnecting fill you in your silence.

Raziel offers loving advice to those that are spiritual seekers. He may send you messages and understanding in your dreams. As soon as you awake, write down any dreams that you can remember. Study them for the messages they contain.

I felt called to pull a Rune before drawing the card. The Rune I pulled was Eihwaz. You can see it sitting on the card up in the right-hand corner.

Eihwaz is a stone of eternity and a ‘you got this!’ rune. It’s a great rune for finding a new home or job as it is a rune of the hunter.

Not surprisingly, the World/Archangel Michael card is about moving to the next level and finding a new job or home. It’s about clarity and awareness. This card is Michael letting you know that you have completed something important and you have done well. Now it’s time to move on to something new. You have grown spiritually, you have evolved, and you have experienced the level of enlightenment that is meant for you at this time.
