Maintenance Care -
Another option with your chiropractor is to undergo regular maintenance care - if you find that similar things keep occurring (maybe because of your job or lifestyle) maintenance care may help reduce the frequency and or severity of the pain. Think of it kind of like a little tune up to keep your body as good as possible so it can withstand the all stress you put it under.
One of my favourite ways of explaining maintenance adjustments to people is that we service our car regularly to keep it running as smoothly as possible, we should be doing the same for our body's. We only get one body (some opportunities for new parts are available 😂) but we can't just upgrade to a newer model when we start rattling!!

Heads, Shoulders, Knees and Toes!!
Many people aren't aware that your chiropractor can also assess your limbs. If you have been having trouble with your arms or legs either through excessive use or through injury, chiros are trained to assess, treat and prescribe rehabilitation exercises for all parts of your body. If you have any questions let me know!

Neck pain - Another common reason to see a chiropractor is neck pain - this can often be accompanied by things like headaches, brain fog, tiredness or even some pinching in between the shoulder blades. Neck pain can be a result of looking at computer screens, phone screens or even sleeping in awkward positions. However it starts, it can be very frustrating, particularly if it limits your range of motion (you don't realise how much you use your neck until it hurts!!). Chiropractors are specifically trained to assess manage and treat neck pain and associated symptoms. So if you are suffering from neck pain give your chiropractor a call today.

Lower back pain - this is one of the most common reasons people see a chiropractor. Several factors can contribute to back pain including excessive sitting, poor posture, lack of exercise and using incorrect lifting techniques amongst a number of other things.
When you are suffering from lower back pain it can make even the easiest of everyday tasks more difficult to complete. If back pain is impacting your ability to complete everyday tasks comfortably it is definitely worthwhile touching base with your chiropractor to see if they can help.
Often we hear things like 'I didn't really do anything to set off the pain'. This is thought to be because there may have been imbalances previously that could have been building up over a period of time and then something seemingly small will be the final straw. This is one reason why regular chiropractic care might be something to consider. We put our body under a lot of pressure in day to day life, it can be worth getting your spine checked regularly to assist your body to perform at its peak.

Footy is back!!! 👏 Yesterday I had the pleasure of working alongside the Kyneton Women’s Footy team as they secured a strong win against North Bendigo. Congratulations to all involved! Can’t wait to do it all again next weekend!! 😃 Kyneton Football Netball Club
I hope everyone had a happy and safe Easter long weekend. I was lucky enough to have a day at the beach with this sweet girl and also spent some time resting and recharging my batteries ready to get back into the swing of things tomorrow 🤗
DESK POSTURE — IN SYMMETRY With all the changes lately due to COVID-19, many of us have adapted to working from home a lot more than we have previously. Posture whilst sitting at a desk is very important and working from home has provided us with more obstacles when it comes to correct desk setup
✨✨Appreciation post!!✨✨
I just want to say a huge thank you to In Symmetry - Romsey Wellness Centre for making my first few weeks in the new clinic so welcoming and comfortable.

So What is Chiropractic??
Chiropractic is described by the World Federation of Chiropractic as a ‘health profession concerned with the diagnosis, management and prevention of mechanical disorders of the musculoskeletal system, and the effects of these disorders on the function of the nervous system and general health.’
In Australia Chiropractors spend 5 years at university learning lots about the human body, with extensive study of anatomy and physiology. Chiropractic uses a variety of techniques to correct dysfunctions within the body, help to ease pain, improve movement and enhance health and well-being.
