Feeling stressed? Remember the ridiculously smooshy sensation and innocence of finger painting? Check out this video and experience that lovely release again.
Restarting my art volunteering with the Kerby seniors’ residence. I love those folks! Doing it live on Zoom, and i am going to make instructional videos for residents who cannot attend the live session. So this video talks about supplied materials that i gave the shelter....you can raid your basement and use kid paints! Art supplies! House paint! It’s the relaxing experience that counts.

More microscope work. You can tell what a weird, productive/unproductive day I am having!! What do you think these are? I will post a photo of the overall item when someone guesses correctly.
Dragonfly nymphs live months or years completely in water. Their gills and amazing three-part a**l valve (yes, that a**s) make this possible, and scientists are looking at ways to use this amazing design in new prosthetic heart valves.
Thought I accidentally killed this little spider the other day....but watch what happened!
