HI team and welcome to 161 Personal Training and I am Coach Enigma161.
Please join me on this 30 day journey to building upper and alower body strength as well as torturing fat in the process. Do 25 push ups none stop and 30 squats immediately after the push ups with little or no rest at all in between. Post on you page and tag me Coach Enigma 161 . Let's how far you can go. The challenge start today 12 September and ends 12 October 2023. Weekends are off day( meaning Monday to Friday). Azishe!
