THE PROBLEM WITH STRESS DURING DIFFERENT CHANGES OF WOMANHOOD:

Small busts of stress are an inevitable, and necessary part of everyday life, your hormone balance can be upset if you are permanently stressed.
Our bodies ware designed to react quickly to stressful situations, by fleeing from the threat or fighting back, but our modern lives can feed us with underlying stresses on a daily basis,which inevitably means that the hormones whose job it is to cope with that stress become overused and unbalanced.

We produce many different that keep our bodies in balance. These include insulin and glucagon to keep our blood sugar level even, adrenalin and cortisol to help us react to stress , thyroxine which controls our rate of metabolism, the female hormones, and a whole host of hormones produced by the pituitary gland in the centre of the head that effectively conducts the hormonal orchestra of your body.

A diet too high in sugar and refined carbohydrates, has an inability to keep levels stable, known as dysglycemia. When you eat sweet foods your blood sugar level shoots up. The body then has to produce more insulin to get the sugar out of the blood and into body cells.
When the blood sugar is low this stimulates the adrenal glands to make more cortisol.
This scenario of disturbed hormone balance has many undesirable knock-on effects on your health, including a greater risk of PMS, Polycystic Ovaries and an underachieve Thyroid gland (leading to weight gain, fatigue and sluggishness).
Most women with polycystic ovarian syndrome show this kind of . No doubt it also contributes to many other female health problems.

Without a doubt, we will all need to control levels of stress in our lives, by reducing or eradicating refined sugars and refined carbohydrates will help to balance your blood sugars level and reduce insulin load to reverse metabolic syndrome.

TOXIC HEAVY METAL + INFLAMMATION = MENOPAUSE

Citrus fruits has been around the Earth for thousands of years and some have nicknamed it as the “PERFECT FOOD”.

Citrus fruits contain an amazing array of healing vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and phytonutrients.

TOXIC SHOCK SYNDROME:

Toxic shock syndrome (TSS) is a rare but life-threatening condition caused by bacteria getting into the body and releasing harmful toxins.

It's often associated with tampon use in young women, but it can affect anyone of any age – including men and children.
