Unfortunately a short night for our team as we experienced mechanical issues early in the race with plug/possible ignition issues. What an amazing experience the last few days has been. We came with some simple goals all of which were beyond achieved and amazing memories made. These experiences are invaluable on their own. Like the saying goes if you don't win you learn and we will learn from this experience and improve our program for 2023!

Thanks once again to all of my sponsors for making this possible. Just being here and competing at this facility was amazing and I am truly Thankful for the opportunity.

Started 8th and finished there for the qualifier. Took me a bit to find my line but , happy with the result. Feature tomorrow night! Thanks everyone for supporting and encouraging me.

Day # 2 Today is qualifying for tomorrows main event. We had a little time this morning to do a little sightseeing.

Another successful weekend for Wild Child Race Team. Cole decided to take to the track at Brighton Speedway Park running with the Sportsman division at applefest.
Night one was amazing! Started 23 out of 32 cars. Running up as high as 12th! Finished mid pack p 17 after losing a few positions on the final restart with only 1 to go. Night two we had a mechanical failure just as we were coming around for the green causing us to come off to fix it. It was a quick fix but with no grace laps we had to wait until the first caution to enter the track which had us starting 5 laps down in p32. This was an excellent learning race as we had never raced a feature with the sportsman class prior to Friday night or with that many cars! Cole made many great passes running with the pack. Due to our late start we ended the night in p25. Thanks to all our sponsors and crew for the support this season.

Great night of racing tonight in the Sportsman at Can-Am Speedway for our team! Heat win and 2nd place in the feature. Lead all but four laps ! Night # 2 tomorrow doing battle on the pavement in the Excess Storage Late Model.

This weekend is the final points events for our team at Evans Mills Raceway Park! Currently sitting 2nd!! Stay tuned for updates. We will be racing the sportsman at Can Am Speedway this evening for the final time this year. Hoping for good results though we are not running for points after missing a few events. Wishing all our racing friends a weekend of safe and exciting racing wherever you are heading. Let's go racing!

No races Friday at Can Am so we headed to watch racing at Brewerton instead. Dad and I did battle at Evans Mills today in the scorching heat. Fought a loose car in the heat and finished 3rd.Made some adjustments. Started on pole in the feature and finished 2nd. Car was better but still loose. Dad finished 4th in both. Thanks to my sponsors once again for making this all possible and Greg and Shari Belyea for the opportunity.

Fun night racing with my dad. Made some adjustments that didn't help like we had hoped and still battling a fuel issue but managed a 4th place finish and dad a 6th. Fan appreciation/autograph session went well and there were lots of fans there.Thanks to my uncle Shane McKee for designing my hero cards they were a hit.

Two cars in the stable tonight makes for a busy night. My dad, Rob Perry will be piloting the #25 Excess Storage Late Model tonight. Should be fun racing against him. THANKS Greg and Shari Belyea for the opportunity and all my sponsors for always supporting my dreams.

Thanks to my mom and papa for the help on the cars and mom for being our crew especially tonight with two of us.

Finished 4th in the novice sportsman at can am last night. Not too bad as we had tire issues and a spring popped out of the cup. All in all not a bad night. No damage and we will learn from the mistakes and knowledge from our racing friends. Big Thanks to Eric

Weekend update. Took Friday off to watch some racing at Brewerton as I was on holidays with my family . Raced the late model at Evans Mills Saturday. Took 3rd in qualifier and feature. Battled an engine miss early in the night and lost brakes half way through the feature so not a bad result overall.

Weekend update - Sportsman @ Can Am Friday night broke a steering linkage lap 4 after hitting a hole in track finished 5th. Special Thanks to Chris Martin for pitting with me each week!

Late model - Evans Mills Raceway Park -Fought electrical issues all night. Unable to run qualifier so I started dead last in the feature and finished 2nd! Thanks to friend and sponsor Sean Lambert for helping this week and the guidance at the track via text. Special Thanks to my dad for the never ending work fixing it all day and getting me out for the feature, Rylee Gill for all his help getting it fixed, Lee and Peggy Gill for giving me a couple hot laps and Jason Rarick for the help and kind offer to use his car if mine wasn't able to be fixed to keep me in the points hunt. Race friends are the best. Competitors on the track and friends off! This is why I love this sport.

Of course big shout out to all of my sponsors and car owner Greg and Shari for making this possible! We couldn't do it without all of your support.
Even earned an ice cream after the race to cool down. Was a tad hot in that car!

Being in tech means a decent night of racing. Fouled plugs in hot laps. Started near the back in feature and finished 3rd

Not the finish we were hoping for tonight. 13 car field. Finished 2nd in my heat setting 2nd fastest lap in both groups. Started up front and spun out. To the back of the pack finished 8th. All the wheels on the car and no damage so could be worse.

The boys are off for night #4 of racing this week at Cornwall Speedway. Good luck team!
