Homemade Peach Ice Cream

Ingredients:
β€’ 2 pounds fresh peaches - peeled, pitted and chopped
β€’ 1 cup white sugar
β€’ 1 pint half-and-half cream
β€’ 1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
β€’ 1 12 fluid ounce can evaporated milk
β€’ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
β€’ 2 cups whole milk, or as needed

Directions:
1. Dice peaches and mix with sugar in a bowl. Let it sit while you prepare the other ingredients.
2. In a separate bowl, combine half & half, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla. Then add the peaches and sugar mixture. Stir everything together.
3. Pour the mixture into a gallon ice cream freezer container. Add enough whole milk to fill the container up to the fill line, which is about 2 cups.
4. Follow the manufacturer's instructions to freeze the ice cream.
5. Cooling the container before adding the mixture will help the ice cream harden faster.

Notes:
You can use this same recipe with other fruits like strawberries, blackberries, bananas, raspberries, blueberries, and more. Enjoy your homemade ice cream!πŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ§‘πŸ§‘πŸ§‘β€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈ

Homemade Summer Sausage
Ingredients:
5 lb ground hamburger (no lean burger)
5 Tbsp liquid smoke (found near barbecue sauce)
5 Tbsp morton salt tender quick (found in dark blue bag in spice aisle)
2 Tbsp coarse ground pepper
2 Tbsp minced garlic
2 Tbsp mustard seeds
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients with your hands like making meatloaf.
Cover and Refrigerate 24 hours.
Take out and knead one more time then make 4 (14x2 inch) logs.
Put them on a cookie sheet with 1-2 inch sides.
Bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours.
Take out and wrap in wax paper with aluminum foil around that.
Refrigerate until well chilled.
Serve by slicing and eating alone or with crackers and cheese.
NOTE:
When rolling logs into shape, make sure you knead the meat and form a tight log so there's no cracks forming while baking.
IF USING VENISON:
Venison is very lean. This recipe needs some fat in it so use 3 lbs venison and 2 lbs hamburger.

APPLE PECAN CAKE WITH CARAMEL GLAZE
INGREDIENTS:
1Β½ cups of cooking oil
2 cups sugar
4 Eggs
3 cups of flour
1 tsp baking soda
Β½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
2 tsps vanilla
3Β½ cups Granny Smith apples (approximately 3-4 apples), peeled and chopped
1 cup of chopped pecans
Caramel Glaze
ΒΎ cups butter (1Β½ sticks)
1 cup light brown sugar
ΒΌ cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 325Β°
In a large mixing bowl, add oil, sugar and eggs, mix until nice and creamy.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Add to large bowl. Mix well.
Add vanilla, mix well.
Stir in apples and pecans.
Pour into generously greased and floured tube pan (you can use two loaf pans in place of a tube pan).
Bake at 325Β° for approximately 1 hour. Check using a tooth pick at about 50 minutes, and if it comes out clean, then your cake is done. If using the loaf pans, make sure to check it at about 50 minutes as well.
Making the glaze
In a small pan, melt butter over low heat.
Stir in brown sugar and milk.
Bring to a boil over low heat, then reduce to a simmer, stirring constantly.
Let boil for 10 minutes, continue stirring.
Remove from heat and add vanilla. Stir. Let cool.
Once caramel glaze has cooled a bit, pour over the top of cake

Tonight’s dinner. So easy to make.
2-3 chicken breasts; cubed
3-5 small to medium potatoes
2 cans green beans(I used 1 1/2 cans)
1 pkg dry Italian dressing mix
1 melted stick of butter
Place chicken, potatoes and beans in pan. Then sprinkle Italian pack over everything then drizzle the butter over top. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for an hour and 10 minutes.
There were no leftovers.

Zucchini is tastier than meat! I cook them so easy and crispy! Recipe in 10 minutes!

Ingredients
2 zucchini
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
100 grams of Parmesan cheese, grated
1 teaspoon marjoram
1 teaspoon paprika
3 eggs, beaten
100 grams of breadcrumbs
50 grams of flour
Olive oil for frying

Air Fryer Baked Potatoes have delicious crispy skin while being soft and fluffy on the inside. Cooking quickly, they’re great for meal prep!
Ingredients
4 medium/large russet potatoes
1-2 TBS extra virgin olive oil
Β½ TBS course salt (kosher or sea salt)
Β½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
Clean and dry the potatoes thoroughly.
Add potatoes to a bowl, drizzle oil over them. Use hands to rub the oil into the potatoes skins. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the potatoes, turning to evenly coat.

Ultimate Patty Melt with Secret Sauce
Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
8 slices of rye bread
8 slices of Swiss cheese
1 large onion, thinly sliced
4 tbsp butter, plus more for spreading
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Secret Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp relish
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Begin by mixing the secret sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Adjust seasoning to taste, then set aside.
In a skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tbsp of butter. Add the thinly sliced onions, season with salt and pepper, and cook until caramelized, about 10-15 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
Form the ground beef into 4 patties, slightly larger than your bread slices. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
In the same skillet, cook the patties to your desired doneness, about 4 minutes per side for medium. Remove and set aside.
Butter one side of each bread slice. To assemble, spread the secret sauce on the non-buttered side of 4 slices, add a slice of cheese, a patty, caramelized onions, another slice of cheese, and top with another bread slice, buttered side up.
In a clean skillet over medium heat, grill the sandwiches until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.

I get the $1 French bread from Walmart, cut it in half, and top it with pizza sauce, pepperoni sausage bacon and mozzarella and the other one chicken spinach bacon and mozzarella and whatever toppings everyone wants. Bake it at 475 for 10-15 minutes.

Cheesy Sloppy Cheeseburger Pasta Delight
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
8 oz elbow macaroni or pasta of your choice
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
1 cup beef broth
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Directions:

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet or pan, brown ground beef over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Drain excess fat if needed.
Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until onions are translucent.
Stir in diced tomatoes (with juices), beef broth, ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer.
Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens slightly.
Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.
Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.

Homemade Pineapple Spread
**This is so addictive, it's hard to stop eating!**

1 (8 oz) Cream Cheese, softened
1 small can (8 oz) Dole crushed pineapple
1 Tablespoon confectioners sugar (or to taste)
1 (2 oz)small bag of chopped pecans (I use a little over half a bag)

*Beat together cream cheese and confectioners sugar; drain pineapple and reserve some of the juice, add pineapple into the cream cheese and beat until well combined. I add in a little of the pineapple juice to thin it out to a spreading consistency Mix in by hand the pecans. Pour into a bowl and Cover and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
Serve with Ritz crackers, toast, buttered croissant, or anything you desire. ❀️ NOTE: Diced green bell peppers and finely chopped sweet onion may also be added to give it more of a savory flavor.

Crumbl Cookie Recipe Copycat
Ultimate Copycat Crumbl Chocolate Chip Cookies, Thick and Chewy
Ingredients:
1 cup cold butter, cubed
1 1/4 cups light brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 410Β°F (210Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, using a hand mixer, cream together the cold cubed butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, fully incorporating after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the creamed mixture, mixing until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
Scoop dough into large balls (about 1/4 cup each) and place on the prepared baking sheet, leaving ample space between each cookie.

Ravioli with Tomatoes, Asparagus, Garlic, and Herbs

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound asparagus, ends trimmed, cut into 2-inch pieces
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
3 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for serving
1 package (20 ounces) refrigerated cheese ravioli

Directions:

Cook the ravioli according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the asparagus and cook for 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp.

Add the cherry tomatoes and garlic to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes begin to soften.

Pour in the chicken broth and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the cooked ravioli to the skillet and gently toss to combine with the vegetables and sauce.

Someone in this group mentioned roasting tomatoes for sauce. Whoever it was, you are a genius!
No more messy kitchen from straining tomatoes or hours and hours of simmering the puree down to thicken.
I use this method for pasta sauce, pizza sauce or just plain tomato sauce.
Method:
Wash and then quarter the tomatoes with the top core removed. Put them on a cookie sheet skin side up. Bake at 425 for 30-45 min. When skins are peeling and dark remove from oven. Then puree it in batches in the blender, seeds and skin.
Next put the puree in a roasting pan(or crockpot or stove top); add lemon juice, salt and spices and let it cook down to the desired thickness.
I made pizza sauce this morning and wanted it really thick so it cooked for a few hours.
The recipe I used is the one from the Ball Book for Pizza Sauce.
I'm so excited to now have an easy way to use tomatoes πŸ…

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Brownie Bombs
Ingredients:
1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on the box)
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons milk
1 cup mini chocolate chips
8 oz chocolate candy coating
Directions:
Preheat oven and prepare brownie mix according to package instructions. Let brownies cool completely.
In a mixing bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla extract.
Gradually mix in flour until combined. Add milk and mix until dough forms. Stir in mini chocolate chips.
Roll cookie dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze for 30 minutes.
Once brownies are cooled, cut into small squares. Flatten each square and wrap around a cookie dough ball, sealing edges to form a bomb.
Melt chocolate candy coating according to package instructions. Dip each brownie bomb into the melted chocolate, covering completely.
Place dipped bombs on parchment paper and let set until chocolate hardens.

Ingredients:
6 Slices Bologna
4 Slice sof bread
2 Tbsp.Mayonnaise
2 Thick slices of tomato
2 Slices cheddar cheese
Cooking spray
Ingredients:
Layer 1 Tbsp of mayonnaise on two slices of bread.
Place a slice of tomato on top of the slices of bread with the mayo.
Add a slice of cheese on top of the tomato slices.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat on the stove and spray well with cooking spray.
Slice an x through the center of each piece of bologna, and place them into the skillet.
Fry for 3-4 minutes per side until caramelized and a bit charred.
Remove the cooked bologna, and place three slices on each sandwich.
Top each sandwich with the remaining pieces of bread and serve.

My hubby begs me to make this recipe at least once per week.Garlic Butter Steak and Potato Foil Packets

Ingredients:

2 pounds lean sirloin steak, trimmed and cut into 2-inch chunks

1 pound baby yellow potatoes, quartered or halved to your liking

1 tablespoon minced garlic (adjust to taste)

2 teaspoons Italian seasoning (alternatively, a mix of dried oregano, thyme, and parsley)

1 teaspoon onion powder

3 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

How To Make Garlic Steak & Potato Foil Packets:

If you’re planning to bake these delectable foil packets in the oven, preheat it to 425Β°F (220Β°C) to ensure even cooking.

Mix & Marinate: In a generously-sized mixing bowl, combine the lean sirloin steak chunks, baby yellow potatoes, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, onion powder, olive oil, salt, and freshly ground pepper.

Gently toss the ingredients until they are well-coated with the flavorful seasonings

Best Egg Rolls - don't lose this πŸ˜‹
Ingredients
1 pound ground pork or beef
1 teaspoon ground ginger, or more to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder, or more to taste
2 cups shredded cabbage
2 ounces shredded carrots
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons water
1 quart peanut oil for frying, or as needed
8 (7 inch square) egg roll wrappers
2 tablespoons sesame seeds (Optional)

Instructions:
Season pork with ginger and garlic powder in a large bowl; mix until thoroughly combined.
Place pork in a medium skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir until pork is browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes.
Combine cooked pork, cabbage, and carrots in a large bowl; mix until egg roll filling is well combined.
Mix four and water together in a small bowl until a paste forms.
Heat oil in a large skillet to about 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) or medium high heat.
While oil is heating, prepare egg rolls: Lay one egg roll wrapper on a work surface with one corner pointed toward you like a diamond. Place about 1/4 to 1/3 cup of the filling in the center of the wrapper. Fold the bottom corner up and over the filling. Fold the left and right corners in toward the center. Push the egg roll away from you and roll toward the top corner. Brush a bit of the flour paste over the inside of that corner to help seal the egg roll.
Fry egg rolls in the hot oil, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crispy, 5 to 8 minutes. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels or rack.
Place egg rolls on a serving plate and sprinkle sesame seeds over top

The Famous KFC Coleslaw Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup buttermilk
2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
8 cups finely chopped cabbage approx. 1 head
1/4 cup shredded carrot 1 medium carrot
2 tablespoons minced onion
How to Make It:
-Be sure cabbage and carrots are chopped into very fine pieces a little bigger than rice
-Combine the mayonnaise, sugar, milk, buttermilk, lemon juice, vinegar, salt and pepper in large bowl. Beat until smooth
-Add cabbage, carrots, and onions. Mix well.
-Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, if you let it sit over night its even better.

Easy No-Cook Chocolate Ice Cream (3-Ingredient Method):
This method is quick and requires no special equipment!
Ingredients:
2 cups heavy cream or whipping cream
1 cup whole milk
Β½- ΒΎ cup sugar (adjust to your taste)
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
ΒΎ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions:

In a large bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, milk, sugar, and cocoa powder until the sugar and cocoa powder are dissolved.
Stir in the vanilla extract.
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Crispy Chicken Cutlets
Ingredients
β–’2 large chicken breasts
β–’1 ΒΌ cups panko bread crumbs
β–’ΒΌ cup parmesan cheese grated
β–’1 teaspoon garlic powder
β–’1 egg
β–’salt & pepper to taste
β–’β…“ cup vegetable oil
Instructions
Freeze chicken breasts about 20 minutes or so.
Cut chicken breasts in half horizontally and pound to ΒΌ" thickness.
Combine panko bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and garlic powder in a small shallow dish.
Whisk egg in a separate bowl. Dip chicken in egg and then in the crumb mixture pressing to adhere.
Preheat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Gently add chicken and cook 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown and chicken reaches 165Β°F.

Just made my never fail sponge cake , lemon this time . 6,6,6,4 and teaspoon of baking powder. Works perfect everytime and I just add different flavours ie chocolate, coffee etc

6oz Sr flour
6oz stork / margarine
6oz castor sugar

Teaspoon baking powder

All in one method
I just add extra flavouring such as cocoa powder , shot of strong coffee, lemon rind etc I don't measure them just throw into bowl
Approx 25mins at 180'
Use it for cupcakes and loaf cakes too ie lemon drizzle
