1. Currently at Towson University studying Exercise Science. One day want to be a Strength and Conditioning Coach 🤗
2. I enjoy spending time with my family, I made us wear matching PJs last Christmas 🤗
3. I don’t go on hikes as often as I’d like it I do enjoy them 🏔️ the views are amazing and peaceful. God really took his time 🥹
4. I absolutely love going out to eat for sushi and ramen 😅 and other places I find on TikTok 🍲

I don’t train for aesthetics… Don’t give me wrong abs are cool, but having to carry this 6’0 kid on my back was something was truly a test of strength 😂 .

Strength • Explosiveness • I love incorporating negative push-ups (traditional or incline) in my training programs.. With a focus of strength, we are also working on stability, control and core engagement! All of which help athletes to be powerful, build endurance for various of movements (throw, strike or push) needed to perform.
