what a year.

highs, lows and mids.

transitions, modulations, bridges, vamps, first and second endings.

spent the year refocusing on *why i make music, forming new creative community, and undertaking new artistic and business endeavors.

2024 is loading fast — a blank screen waiting to be filled with new music, first-time collaborations and new modes of expression.

for better or worse, i am incapable of having small ideas. so i’m looking up, looking ahead, thinking big.

This is what 20 YEARS in the music business looks like!

I had an incredible kick off to my weekend celebrating with the one and only Deborah Bond as she celebrated the 20th anniversary of her debut album DAY AFTER at the legendary Blues Alley.

Her music is timeless and if you were at one of the 4 shows this weekend you could attest to that statement! She had HITS for days - songs that heal you, songs that make you wanna get up and shake ya body, songs that make you want to lay in the arms of a lover and songs that encourage and inspire your spirit! It gets no better than that!

I want to give a special thank you to Syreeta C | Fashion for bringing the first look (orange dress) to LIFE! The alterations and additions you made create such a great moment to open this weekend. You’re just the GOAT and that’s what I’m standing on forever! I appreciate you so much. 🧡
