Scope and General Purpose of the Job:
- Responsible for providing assistance to hotel guests during check-in and check-out, generally at the lobby area, and all other required guest relation functions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner
-Must be a resident of Baguio or nearby areas
-College Graduate
-Must have good communication skills and pleasing personality
- Must be able deal and handle different personalities of people in the workplace
-Must be willing to work on shifting schedules

4. RESERVATIONS ASSOCIATE (for pooling)
Scope and General Purpose of the Job:
- The position is responsible for receiving and processing reservations of Foreign Individual Travelers (FIT) and group bookings in an efficient, courteous and professional manner
- Must be a resident of Baguio or nearby areas only
- Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written
-Must know basic telephone etiquette and computer literate
- Must be able to do multi-tasking and must be highly organized
