FluxFit is a fitness company that targets traveling dancers and performers looking for fitness exercises that directly impact and improve technique in an accessible format catered to the working artist.

What makes our programming special?
Cross-training is a great asset to a dancer’s technique, yet with fluctuating schedules, unsteady income, and often a commuting lifestyle, dancers cannot commit to weekly classes at fitness studios. FluxFit provides the solution for the artist’s dilemma by offering daily exercises and workouts for the on-the-go artist that can be targeted specifically to improve certain areas of dance technique.
The FluxFit programming will utilize knowledge of Pilates, Barre, Strengthening, and Dance to create a diverse range of training for dancers at multiple capacities of interaction to best serve your needs.
Meet our owner and operator Hannah Grzymala!
Dancing since the age of four, Hannah has become passionate about the art of dance and has begun training for a professional career in New York City. During her studies, she has become Balanced Body Pilates Mat 1 Certified and teaches Barre Fitness regularly. Hannah believes in the power and importance of cross-training as a working artist and hopes to use her knowledge of both fields to better artists alike.
