Our parliamentary petition to save the bees!

Over the past few months, our co-owner Anabel Kindersley has spearheaded a campaign to save the bees, rallying over 55 businesses and organisations to support her call for a total ban on toxic neonicotinoid pesticides.

Now, she’s launched a parliamentary petition lobbying the government to set a national target for reducing pesticide use, decreasing toxicity levels and supporting farmers to adopt nature-friendly approaches to pest management. With 100,000 signatures, we can bring this issue to debate in parliament – and we need your help!

I needed a bright start today 🌅

So it appears that what I thought was hayfever is actually a full blown head cold 😟.
Time to switch it up with my oils!
Ravintsara and Cinnamon in the shower, to help to clear my sinuses in the morning;
Cypress, Tea Tree and Geranium in the diffuser to provide immune support, attack the germs and help me breathe easier;
And wonderful Lavender to help me get a good night's sleep 😴
I'm sure the cinnamon on my porridge is helping too 😆

I love this time of year and really enjoy my morning walk (today it was all about the seagulls!) But, for me it's also the start of allergy season and I get back from my walks needing a box of tissues as much as the coffee!! So, today I'm starting a trial of oil combinations to see what works best for me to relieve my symptoms.
I find Eucalyptus a bit too strong, so I'm using Ravintsara, which is a bit gentler on the nose. This is working well so far with the Lavender and Frankincense in an inhaler.
