We just got into our first Game Series: Dead By Daylight:

BTS: Hey guys, second update on our advertising.
If you aren't aware, we try to stay open and transparent for other small business owners, and for customers alike. No harm in being honest and transparent.

Google ads is our main source of audience, we haven't even made a sale yet due to google only running for a few hours.

We were hit with a "circumventing systems" suspension which had loads of other people saying how it's impossible to get back into your account, but after A LOT of work (I had to ring every single customer support line just for me to be turned down by an automated bot, I had to write 2-3, 2000 word appeals to guess what exactly circumventing systems meant and having zero access to any human.

I replied to an automated email and a human responded back! This is a massive massive plus because we (obviously) aren't malicious just like many other small business, but I just constantly fought until somebody finally responded.

It's great news, and I'll keep everyone updated throughout the process!

Hey guys, currently going through a suspension from google ads, which we only got to run for about 8 hours haha.

It's very important to us to get this working, but "Circumventing Systems" is one of their most serious cliams.

So this may take some time.
