A consistent night routine can be a game-changer. You get a chance to recap the day and realign with your goals.

If you’re looking for a new routine or just a few ideas to add in the mix, feel free to pick and choose from mine!

These might sound like they take hours, but most nights I can go through all of it in 20 minutes or less.

Relax: Dedicate time to unwind or quality time with loved ones.
Morning Prep: Set up for the morning by preparing clothes, lunch, and coffee.
Day Prep: Review your next day’s calendar and have everything ready.
Light Dinner: Have a light, healthy dinner a few hours before bedtime.
Warm Drink: Replace alcohol with soothing herbal teas or warm milk.
Dim Lights: Dim lights in the evening to support your sleep-wake cycle.
Read, Not Screen: Swap screens for a book to enhance sleep quality.
Gratitude Practice: Reflect on positives before sleep to calm the mind.

Everyone’s night routine looks different, and I fully believe you should do the parts you enjoy and leave the rest.

What are the biggest excuses you’re making when it comes to prospecting?

"I don't have time"
"I don't know where to start"

I hear these types of excuses all the time!

And when I hear them, what I really hear you saying is, "I'm afraid that I won't succeed."

But you'll never get to where you truly want to be if you continue to make excuses.

Instead, start making solutions.

Here are the 3 biggest excuses agents make when it comes to prospecting…

1- Lack of Time: Allocate specific time slots for prospecting activities. Creating a schedule and sticking to it can help ensure that prospecting is given the necessary attention. Better yet, delegate the task to an assistant.

2- Market conditions: It’s time to adapt! Rather than letting market conditions deter you, you can adapt your prospecting strategies to align with the current market. This might involve focusing on niche markets, targeting specific buyer or seller segments, or exploring alternative marketing channels.

Time for a little tough love. It's just over midway through the year and I'm willing to bet you’re feeling a bit discouraged when it comes to making progress on your goals.

You have to spend money to make money.🤑

It’s cliche and overused by people who want you to buy their latest, greatest program. But it’s true…we have to invest in ourselves to grow.

Let me just say, I’ve been burned before. So parting with my hard-earned money isn’t easy. You too?

Luckily, there are some things that are worth putting some extra dough into. These are the top three business investments I have made:👍

✅1- Books and courses (because the best investment we can make is in ourselves)

✅2- An oversized office chair (because I’m 6’3” and need to be comfortable)

✅3- A good desktop PC with 24” dual monitors

Now I’m no stranger to working from home.

And I love being able to do the laundry in my work shorts in between helping clients.

But I have to admit, these days it's hard to focus. The minute I start a project, I’m itching to look at my email, scroll through social media, or get a glass of water (or vodka, lol).

Reminding myself that productivity ebbs and flows, and that there’s a lot going on in the world right now.

I’m usually good at getting things done so I hope this passes quickly.

I’m fed up with the whole “fake it til you make it” thing. It’s totally flawed and doesn’t work!

We say it to fight off imposter syndrome and bolster our confidence, but we shouldn't have to fake anything – especially when we’re trying to grow personally.

The word itself implies that you’re not being true to who you are or who you want to be, or that you’re not genuine.

But you ARE genuine. How could you be anything but? The last thing I want is for you to jeopardize who you are to achieve a desired result that you don’t feel ready for yet.

What if instead we acted as if we already ARE that person we want to be…and then take the steps we need to become our future self?
