ANNOUNCEMENT

Wow I can honestly say this Christmas period for us has been CRAZY and literally non stop so a HUGE thank you to each and everyone of you. This has been a post I have written and edited and rewritten so many times because I need and want it to come across right. This is something I’ve been contemplating for a little while. When we started this almost 7 months ago it was the best thing ever, we had so much fun, it was a constant laugh and something that I was excited and obsessed with. Unfortunately this has become something I have come to dislike, it’s become something that has severely affected my mental health and it’s become something that is so difficult with my youngest getting older. The biggest challenge for me has been the work/life/home balance, I haven’t managed it very well and I seem to have become very disconnected with myself, relationships and normality in my personal life. This isnt a normal job it’s something that you have to be active with every waking hour whether that be brainstorming ideas to keep you current, marketing, communicating etc, which becomes so draining. I no longer have it in me to keep up appearances and the love And excitement I once had has gone. We started this whole thing from scratch with minimal money and minimal help and it’s been such an amazing journey for us. We’ve been given opportunities and experiences that I’ll never forget and I have met some INCREDIBLE people that I really do class as friends.

BUT having said all of that, this isn’t a total goodbye, after Christmas we will be completely rebranding and although we will no longer be doing our sweets I’ll be continuing something I love and that’s my personalisations and graphic designs. I’ve been working on an awful lot which I cannot wait to show you all.

Thank you so much for the constant support you’ve shown over these months. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, without you all we’d have never have gotten to where we have!

Obviously, we’re not going to end this without giving you a lot of cheap sweet deals, these will be in posts to follow.

Merry Christmas everyone have a fantastic time and be happy, and if this a particularly hard time for you then from all of us here we are sending you all the love and support you may need to get you through.
