We are now welcoming current and new patients to our office! Rest assured that the safety of patients and staff continues to be a top priority. While your check-in may involve a few extra steps this will help ensure the safety of patients and staff. For instance, we screen everyone by checking your temperature and triage questions, we ask that you follow social distancing and infection control etiquette. We also recommend against bringing companions to appointments, unless necessary. If companions do accompany patients, they may also be screened during patient check-in. We ask that before coming to your appointment, brush your teeth at home and use a hydrogen peroxide rinse, which just helps bring down the amount of germs and viruses in the mouth to a lower level. Most importantly, wear a mask before and after your appointment! Thank you for trusting us with your orthodontic needs. Enjoy your next smile~

Dear all,
Our top priority is the health and well-being of our patients, families, staff, and community. In this unprecedented time, we are deeply committed to keeping everyone safe.

In light of concerns surrounding coronavirus and in response to the latest recommendation from the White House and per strong recommendation from ADA (American Dental Association), we are suspending all non-essential care for at least the next couple weeks. If you have an appointment scheduled within that time period, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule☎️. This will help us to manage the overall appointment calendar in order to best address everyone’s needs.

Dr. Hsu is reviewing each patient’s treatment status as appointments are rescheduled to minimize the impact this delay will have on your overall treatment time🧐. If you have an urgent need during this time, such as pain or injury, we will be available for emergency appointments. Please call our office so we may determine the best course of action for your specific situation. 📞

We did not make this decision lightly. A great deal of care, research and planning guided our decision. We will continue to evaluate the situation as it evolves and determine when it is appropriate for us to return to our normal business hours.

Again, please understand that we are making this decision with the health and well-being of our patients, our families, our team and our community in mind.

We wish all of you continued health and strength during this challenging time.
We look forward to seeing you back in our office soon. 🥰
