Racing last night at Shelby Farms BMX had a good time! Alex tried so hard last night but doesn't have the endurance yet to keep that pace up the entire time, gonna work on that 🥰
Alizabeth is getting better and better! Needs less and less of dads help!🚴♀️🚴♂️🚴♀️🚴♂️
Had fun at the Arkansas state race today at Cabot BMX Track.
Unfortunately Alex didn't make his mains but he still had a blast.

She's getting the hang of the new (bigger) bike on the track! Meanwhile Alex was just out for a sunday ride but he enjoys it and has fun and that's the important part, winning will come later first build a love for the sport.
This is the only video I was able to take last night at cabot. Everyone had a blast!
New bike day! She got a new bike for her birthday because her old ones back wheel was giving out (ended up coming off the bearings this weekend)
It's still big for how its suppose to fit her but she doesn't care she hoped on and away she went. 😍
Alizabeth raced last night as well and did good! She's getting better and better! She was excited to have her own custom racing set from M&M racing too! 😍 now to just get her signature Tutu to go over it and she will be set!
Alex got to race in his new custom jersey set from M & M racing last night at Shelby Farms BMX and pulled out a 3rd then a 1st which qualified him for his mains where he finished 4th. 🤩 times are improving and he's standing to pedal more! So proud of this dude! Fearless too, ride right next to someone and not even flinch!
Alex's first race on his new bike and first race at Cabot BMX Track! The new bike is an intense micro mini on 20s instead of 18s, has different gearing, its lighter, and has better quality wheels/hubs. Unfortunately he only got one round in because a pop up shower hit the track causing the races to be stopped for the day. 😥 But we still had a good time and we cant wait to go back to race with the crew at Cabot! 🤘🚴♂️

Alex did so good tonight! 3rd in his first race (not videoed) and 1st in his second race qualifying him for his mains where he finished 2nd! Gonna play with his gearing some and see if it makes it easier for him to keep his speed up the hills.
So proud of these kids!

Its bike parts day! Finally got Alex's new shorter cranks (round 2 cranks! Super light and half the price of competitors) and new pedals! Cant wait for their dad to get home (with his tools) and get them put on! Maybe we can catch a break in the rain this evening for him to try them out!

Here is alex racing at Bonzai BMX, first race he was in a full gate 😳 that was scary for mom. Super proud of how well he is doing for just starting. Hes also starting to show his competitive side!
He passed someone (for the first time) on the last straight and you can see in the last turn where he sees her and decides to try to pass her. He was so excited and proud of himself.

Alex's first time racing pedals! He did so good! So proud of him! There were 6 kids in his moto and he had kids right next to him on both sides 2 out of 3 races and he kept it straight and held his line to the first hill everytime! 🚴♂️🚴♂️🚴♂️
Alizabeths first time racing! Had a few falls but didnt cry a single time! It was hard to get decent videos with the sun right in the camera. She did so good and had fun!

Practice tonight at Shelby Farms BMX. Alex enjoyed riding the track so much he didnt want to leave! In his new black helmet that matches his jersey and pants better. He says hes ready to race!
Meanwhile I didnt get any pictures or videos of alizabeth but she is picking up her feet and balancing now. So time to get her a membership so she can start racing her balance bike! 😍💕🚴♂️🚴♀️
Bonzai BMX gave Alex a little bit of a challenge today, but he loved every minute! Alizabeth was mad we wouldnt let her on tracks....maybe next week 🙈
By the end Alex was able to complete a lap in under a minute and a half and without stopping on any of the hills!
Proper size cranks and this kid will be tearing up the tracks!

The only person this pony likes is this little girl. He tolerates the rest of us but hes so chill with her. Heck he wont let me catch him if he doesnt see her. 🤦🏼♀️😂

Alizabeth loves her pony king charles. 💜
So proud of my boy. He made a whole lap around without slipping a pedal (matter of fact he only slipped a pedal once all day) and is learning to pedal hard and fast. So hard in fact he ALMOST stood up without even trying to. 😍 so proud of how far he has come. He hasnt even rode it a dozen times yet I dont think!

Took the kids out to fish and ride bikes. Alex was coaching his sister while also being the traffic light for red light green light 🥰

Shelby Farms BMX next 4 year old novice racer! Rode about a mile and a half today and he just started pedaling monday and says hes ready to practice on the track. 😍🤩
Disclaimer, helmet went on very shortly after this video, mom had a brain fart and forgot to put it on before he took off 😅🤦🏼♀️
Board breaking in class today. Alex wanted to do an elbow strike, couldnt quite do it the right way but he did it his own way!
