Crashed out at first U-turn 2km into the bike, so fight for high position was not possible. P17🫤
Time to let body recover and then work towards bigger goals starts📈 Only elite racing from next year on👊

Some forced rest after picking up sickness, so I won’t be heading to Balikesir for European Champs this week. Not making a big deal out of it, already in Livigno and back working. Comeback🔜😘

JUNIOR WORLDS HAMBURG🌎🌈
Agressive and sh*tty swim put me out of contention for top spots right from the start, missing the main pack for only a few seconds makes it even more bitter. Managed to put together a very fast run to finish the race off and overtake quite a few guys from first group.

Finally put together a race that i can be proud of😼
Swam well, bridged the gap to first group on the bike, then ran fastest 5k to date(15.57 official, 15.49 on Stryd).
Good progress. Now all roads lead to Hamburg🫣😈

Made it thru to A-finals as well, but stomach bug made me unable to perform on the level again. Happy with constant improvement, but as always, only way is up.

Cold and rainy, but a successful day with a PB of just over 6min. Bit of a positive split on 5k (16.08 & 16.57💀) but overall good day. Would’ve been even better if it were under 33’, but I’ll leave that for next time☺️😉

Now I can finally say my season is over.

It’s been a tough of couple of weeks after I caught some virus in Bilbao, but back on track with training. Let’s push thru next few days, then I’m off to Turkey. Starting to get really excited😏
