FACTS TO REMEMBER:
🐝 Crystallization (Granulation)- this is completely normal and natural phenomenon. Honey will crystallize either uniformly or partially in fine or gritty texture because of separation of glucose and water (honey has no more than 20% water content). It has no effect on honey except on the color and texture. Simply put the honey in a warm area or warm water bath to decrystallize.

🐝Ants in honey - In nature, honey does attract ants because of moisture content, nutritional value and natural state. Any food that has moisture will attract ants.

🐝 Flavor, Color, Texture and Aroma- this depends on which plants the bees gathered nectar. Honey comes in light, dark amber, almost black with floral sweet taste, buttery, wood-like or mild fruity taste. Even when extracted in same location, taste will differ because of temperature and season.
