The leaders of religions & spiritual cults do not want us embodied because when we are embodied we feel - and when we feel we process - and when we process we experience fear, anger, shame, disgust - and when we digest & discharge these safely we start to critically think.
And then we come to see what is oppressing us.
We see that the oppressor is the system itself and those who 'run' it - and all who perpetuate and gain from it.
Dissociation serves the system.
Fear serves the system.
Shame serves the system.
Depression and anxiety serve the system.
The most spiritual thing you can do is to EMBODY.
The most spiritual thing you can embody is LIBERATION - which means divesting from individualism & ALL aspects of patriarchy including using your privilege only for your own gain.
