Sonia Wilson and Martin McCullough took part in New York Marathon on 5th November and raised an incredible £14,343.00 for Southern Area Hospice Services.
We wish to wholeheartedly thank both Sonia & Marty for their amazing efforts fundraising, and congratulate them on completing this challenge.
Sonia & Marty wished to extend those thanks to all who helped them in any way through donations, facilitating collections and sponsorship.

Good morning ❤️ happy Sunday from New York! It is 5.07am here 😴 today is the day and it’s going to be a long one ! I will keep you all posted when I’m finished 🤞🏻I begin running at 11.30am New York time !! have a fab Sunday xx 💋

So after 7 months of fundraising which included events , bucket collections , donations and raffles I am pleased and absolutely overwhelmed that we have managed to raise a fantastic £13, 740 ! For the Southern Area Hospice 💙 every penny you have helped raise has gone direct to the hospice who rely heavily on donations 💙 to say myself and Marty are grateful 🥲 is an understatement !!! We could not of done this without you all ❤️ you know who you all are ! The generosity and support we have been shown over the past 7 months has been remarkable 🙏🏻 our wee country has the most generous and amazing people who all come together when needed ❤️ so after swearing we would never do a marathon again after Belfast in 2019 🤦‍♀️😂 myself and marty fly to New York on Thursday to take part in the biggest marathon in the world this Sunday !! 😳 forget bill and teds excellent adventure 😂 I will keep you posted on Marty and Sonia get lost in New York 🤦‍♀️😂😆 just giving page will stay open for another week so if you haven’t donated yet and would like to 😉 simply click on the link below 👇🏻 thanks again Marty and Sonia ❤️

What a night !!!! Huge thank you 🙏🏻 to every single one of you who joined us tonight for our joint clubber / zumba Halloween 🎃 party 🎉 in aid of the Southern Area Hospice 💙🩵some of the costumes where unreal!!! Just by turning up you have helped to raise a whopping £390!!!!!! This evening which is absolutely amazing 🤩 😘 I had a fantastic night and I hope you did as well ! As always thank you so much for your continued support ❤️ don’t forget there are no classes next week as I fly out to New York to take part in the Marathon for the hospice I will keep you all posted on how I get on 😊 I would also like to thank Lynsey Davidson from Butterfly Kisses - Home Baking for providing the gorgeous cupcakes 🧁 tonight they looked delicious 😋!!!
