Did you know that many of the Caribbean islands are banning single use plastics? Bahamas, Trinidad, and Jamaica are 3 of the 7 to have done so in 2020. In 2019, a report found that the Caribbean is one of the worlds greatest plastic polluters and so this ban is a great step in the right direction and will likely motivate other islands to make the same move in the future.
