The comments that were entered by the over 800 casual users of one online resource or very interesting and after reading only 50 to 60 comments I realized that the majority of the entries we're duplicates. By duplicates I mean that although the entries themselves were original the sentiment or message left by each person started to become repeated.

Without going into detail about the numbers I did see that people are curious about themselves. They are curious about their future. They want to know why they feel a certain way on that day. Some people I would consider wishful. By this I mean that they were looking for an answer similar to crystal Ball or a fortune teller.

What is also fascinating is the fact that the comments, although brief we're all heartfelt. The people on the other end that were typing their thoughts and hopes honestly wanted to make a better life for them self.

Biorhythms in history date back only a few hundred years or less and at the turn over the 19th century were considered a valid way to interpret a person's well-being. Modern statistics developed in the 1920's have help to overturn in a scientific view the validity of biorhythms and biorhythm charts and calculators. The 1960's saw a huge resurgence of biorhythms in the use of biorhythms in charts and calculators. And similarly, we see a rise in biorhythms around the turn of the 21st century.

But what about today? Even in the light of the fallacies that biorhythms provide can they still be used to improve a person's well-being?

The answer to the above question would be 100% within the willingness of that person to go ahead and make positive changes in his or her life. If you were to take a look at a chart and see that doom is on the horizon then it's best to go ahead and prepare for it by making the best - the very best of your day. You can do this by force being kind and nice two other people. It's easier done then said and the less that you say that you're doing it the better off you will probably be. If you see on a chart that your day is going to be excellent - then what better a time to go ahead and again present your best self to the world.

The simple fact the people are interested in improving their own lives reach out to biorhythms is in part a testimony to the willingness of a person to go ahead and make positive changes in their life. It's akin to reading a fortune cookie or a horoscope - it offers in the open-ended answer to a question that makes you think about yourself.

Now in this short writing I have concentrated on a person who wants to have a positive change in their life. Biorhythms, the charts and calculators, are not a substitution for medical or psychological remedies and should not be misinterpreted as a substitute for professional medical help with mental health issues in any of their forms. As with any serious change consult a physician or doctor regarding treatment.

If your temperament is that of concern, empathy, hopefulness, or just interest and curiosity then enjoy yourself! I truly believe that you can improve yourself by taking a look at your biorhythms and interpreting them in a way that you see fit.

The simple fact that you are checking in and tuning in to the discreet but interlocked parts of your life shows that you are a person that enjoys happiness, but also know that 24 hour happiness is not a reality.
