MAD Dash for the Cure Volunteers

Good Morning volunteers!!! I am wondering if anyone is willing to take over our Raffle draw. Instead of a silent auction which requires too much long term attention, we will have items set up with a jar beside it. Customers can then purchase tickets which they put into the jar of the item They want, and then we draw names for every item at the end of the day! I am in need of someone to pickup auction items and to find more if possible!? Any takers?

First order of business! Is anybody up for a little craft project? I would like to have a tent set up with a “story” table! So maybe like a big cardboard tree, then little paper leaves that people can write their cancer stories on and then stick to the tree…. Or maybe butterflies on a Big lavender cancer ribbon picture..:… anyone catching my drift? It would be beautiful to have displayed throughout the day? I’m open to ideas and am hoping someone loves to craft and would love to start making something? Also if someone is willing to make a whole bunch of purple ribbon pins that they could grab from the same table to wear for the day? And we can have some at the registration table too?

Hello Volunteers!! I thought this would be a great way for all of us to connect and stay informed for race day, which is EXACTLY 1 Month Away!!!!!!! Please add people I have missed as I don't know everyone... and lets start getting some big ticket items crossed off our to do lists!
