Bert And Ernie’s Bar

Bert and Ernies Bar will close its doors on Sunday the 29th October and Gifts by the Lake will go back to how we opened almost 3 years ago, being in the full space.

Although we realise alot of people will be disappointed, our choice to move here to this beautiful part of the country was to have that wonderful work / life balance and do our dream of a successful gift shop. The bar, despite becoming a successful venture is not where our hearts lie and so we have decided to go back to our gift shop.

We would love you all to continue to support us, we are a family business and it means alot.

Announcement!!!

We are proud to announce we are holding our first evening event on Saturday 18th November 2023.

Sonia although does Karen Carpenter also sings country music and John also sings songs more modern, including the drifters, beach boys, the eagles and many more. It is going to be an unfortgettable evening....

As seating is limited, although entrance is free we would urge you to either drop us a message or email us to reserve a table. We will just need a name and number of guests.
