🍌This is how the 21-Day Smoothie Detox Challenge works:
🌀 Each day you blend two different smoothie recipes from the “Smoothie Diet” and replace two of your meals with them.
🥕 Add in two snacks per day from the snack suggestions list in the eBook. There is also an option to enjoy a protein-rich meal too.
💧 Drink plenty of water during the day to stay hydrated. You can also drink herbal teas.
🏃 During the challenge, light exercising is recommended but NOT necessary.
