After a Crystal relaxation experience session, I placed the crystals in the sun to recharge and as you will see in the photos someone else decided she would enjoy the sun and the crystal energy.

The days,weeks and year is just flying by.We are having another Wellbeing Market this Saturday the 3rd August at the Cambridge Town Hall (10-2pm) and I will be once again offering taste tester sessions. If you've ever wondered how crystal healing feels then step out of the square and give it a try you may be surprised. I will also have my Pyramids and my white sage for sale. Come along and check out the energy of the pyramid. I have placed one of them on my pillows charging them up ready for the market and another is placed under the bed which is all part of the healing process. My cat enjoys the pyramids and sleeps peacefully with one beside her and crystals under her pillow.

Fiona from Crystal Relaxation Experience and this week it's time for communication the 5th Chakra- throat chakra and it's colour is blue. The throat is the centre of communication, which we relate to talking however if you think about it there are many ways to communicate there’s talking, writing, touching and body language.
The throat chakra involves not only the throat it also includes the thyroid, lungs, vocal cords, and ears all of which can be affected if the chakra is blocked, and energy is not flowing as it should.
This could affect our wellbeing because we don’t communicate our feelings or things we may need to release, instead we keep our feelings locked inside. Which can create moodiness, depression and possibly contribute to other health issues.
There are a variety of crystals we can use for the healing of the throat chakra:
Blue lace agate- one of my favourites it counteracts blocked self-expression, can assist in neck and shoulder issues it is excellent to activate the throat.
Angelite – ‘stones of awareness, ‘helps alleviate inflammation and helps in balancing the thyroid and something completely unrelated you can make an elixir and it helps sunburn.
Blue quartz-assists in the calming of the mind and does wonders for your immune system.
Blue calcite- gently soothes the nerves, release negative energy and aids in clearing communication.
There are other blue crystals/stone that work wonders as well – blue apatite, blue celestite, sodalite and blue kyanite all have varying properties to assist in communication amongst many other specialities.
Leading into the busy and silly season it's time to be aware and take care of our wellbeing (self-love)

Doing some self healing by creating some little wonders for the St Andrew's fair this Labour day 23rd Oct in Cambridge

Its Fiona here and welcome to October I’d like to talk about the Heart chakra.
Let’s open our heart and let the love in not just for others but most importantly for ourselves. Self-love is not selfish; it is how we survive to help others.
Heart chakra is green in colour so far, we have worked our way through the chakra’s, root (red), sacral (orange), and the solar plexus (yellow)
The green crystal I work with mostly is malachite however you can also use green adventurine, then I add rose quartz.
The heart chakra is the centre of love and compassion plus the thymus controls the immune system.
Malachite’s properties are plentiful and protective but what is important is to use polished stones as the raw can be toxic if used incorrectly. This stone will clear and activate chakras along with attuning you to your spiritual guidance. When used on the heart chakra it will bring balance and harmony, and open the heart to allow love in. While malachite has many other healing properties our focus today is the heart chakra.
Green adventurine also has many properties but for the heart chakra it also helps clear and activate the heart.
Now for our addition of rose quartz the stone of unconditional love and peace within, purifying and opening the heart. Rose quartz has many other talents as well.

Welcome to another of Mother Natures beauties. Citrine the crystal of choice for our Solar plexus (Chakra). Citrine never needs cleansing it carries the power of the sun, (golden ray of the spirit). The main organs associated with this crystal is the stomach and adrenal glands, kidneys. Citrine will help in cleansing and balancing the body it is mood lifting. It is the "Centre of power and positivity".
Also known as the wealth stone for abundance and if you have citrine in the home it needs to be placed in the far left corner, of the house when you look from the front door, also a piece in your wallet, cash box anywhere you store money.

It has been so long since I have posted. Like many of us life has a way of diverting us from what really matters. It's time to turn my diversion around so it began on the Kings holiday I decided to go to Taupo for a Reiki Retreat which restored the belief in myself and reminded my of what is true to me.
My aim is to combine my Crystal healing with Reiki and the two combined can work their magic.
I have also decided to go along to Holistic Wellbeing Expo's at which I do a mini version of my crystal healing.
My next Expo is this coming weekend in Taupo and I will be there on the Saturday 24th June only and doing a talk on what I do.
Next month we have two Expos one in Matamata then Te Aroha it is brilliant to be taking these expos to country towns and making them part of a wellbeing journey.

Something new I'm doing is using crystal and air plants creating new and exciting products to display. Which I can post once I have them all set up at the Expo.

Good afternoon, I wanted to talk about an amazing Crystal 'Carnelian' which is used during my Crystal relaxation experience. This particular crystal is placed on the Sacral Chakra just below your belly button. Carnelian was worn around the neck of Ancient Warriors to give them courage. This crystal has many properties, for example it is a grounding stone and helps to keep you anchored. It also aids in helping you concentrate be creative, and motivated. Carnelian will assist in stabilizing you, plus help you to trust yourself. In Feng Shui it is known as 'fire energy' and can be placed in the southern area of a home or room. Place at the front door to invoke protection for the outside world. I could go on for hours however like many crystals it has an abundance of properties.I have attached just a couple of examples for you from my collection.🥰
