Dark and Stormy Cake for my dads birthday. Inspired by the dark and stormy cocktail that he loves. Lime, rum (Killick rum) and ginger cake, brushed with a rum and lime syrup and filled and coated with a lime Swiss meringue buttercream. Decorated with chunks of ginger nut, candied ginger and lime, and ginger nut crumbs.

Chocolate Mud cake filled with raspberry buttercream and raspberry coulis, and coated with ganache. Decorated with choc curls and strawberries.

Finished with spiderman decorations by the client.

Chocolate mud cake with cookies and cream buttercream filling, red and black vanilla buttercream icing and black ganache drips with mini Oreos.

Chocolate cupcakes for a baby shower with vanilla buttercream and sprinkle balls, with the clients to put edible elephants on the unsprinkled ones.

For a 60th, chocolate mud cake with raspberry buttercream filling and aqua vanilla buttercream, with white drip and decorated with natives.
Along with the cake is 6 vegan lemon cupcakes with aqua vegan buttercream.

Salted chocolate and raspberry tart, so delicious I could eat the whole thing. With a strawflower on top for some pop.

I made a similar one for my birthday (Easter Friday this year), just with some Cointreau mixed through and no raspberries. It wasn't very picturesque though as it was sliding around in my camp fridge.
