My heart is so full. Thank you everyone who made this birthday so memorable to me. I always say I have no friends because I’m very shy and don’t talk much but receiving all the congratulatory messages and gifts from you guys made me realize how loved I really am. Even though we can’t physically meet up right now due to the lockdown but I feel like you guys are here next to me. Love you all both my real life and in game friends (also my Instagram followers who continue to follow me even though I don’t post any content HAHA) 🥰❤️

Day 365 of working out consistently for 5-6 days a week complete ✅

I can’t believe it’s already been a year since I decided to get healthy again. Even though I’ve been exercising on and off the fast few years I always end up giving up after a few months and not continuing. My health was really s**t in the beginning of the last year what with all the stress from moving countries and covid so I really wanted to fix my health and finally I made it 🎉

What I find helpful is to write down my workouts in a notebook everyday so I can keep track of the days I worked out and the days I didn’t. It’s been hard at first trying to get my body to move again but now working out has become a habit for me hehe 😜

From being unable to even complete one kneeling push up to being able to do standard push ups now I feel super accomplished! Hopefully I will be able to continue my current pace and grow stronger every day 🥰❤️

A lot of you may not know this but I’ve always wanted to be a cheerleader. During high school when my friends were all doing splits and tricks in their respective cheer teams, I was watching them from the side, never having the courage to attend a tryout because I didn’t believe I could do it. 😢

After I came to Japan and after starting dance classes I gained a lot more confidence in myself and I decided that I wanted to challenge everything that I was too afraid to do when I was younger. 💪🏻
