From OFW to Successful Entrepreneur

Jennalyn Arroyo began her journey as an Overseas Filipino Worker in Taiwan in 2009. 🇹🇼 After saving up some money as an OFW, she decided to return home and pursue her entrepreneurial dreams 🌟

Her love for Taiwan’s milk tea inspired her to start a business, which led her to opening her own “1697 Bubble Tea House” in her hometown, Baler, Aurora.🧋🇵🇭

She started small but remained determined to overcome her challenges. She traveled back to Taiwan to find the best and affordable equipment. This in turn helped her develop more flavors, increasing her sales and allowing her business to grow bigger. Today, 1697 Bubble Tea House offers thirty flavors and a variety of other products, making it a beloved name among the locals.🧋♥️

Jennalyn’s journey from OFW to a successful micro entrepreneur is a testament to the power of hard work and determination. 💪🏼 Her story is a source of pride and inspiration to all of us, showing us that with perseverance, success is within reach!✨💯

Nova Fossgard exemplifies how education and hard work can transform one’s life.📚✨

Nova worked as a domestic helper in Hong Kong and Singapore and then eventually moved to England as a companion for an elderly woman, a place where she eventually met her husband.♥️

In 2006, after both of them lost their jobs, the couple took over Purley Language College in London. 🏫 Nova handled all the administrative duties while her husband, Jan, taught English. Today, the college boasts over 3,000 students from around the world! 🌍
