So many of us carry wounds from our childhood that leak into our current circumstances.

We have to be honest about these hurts. We need to give them space to breathe, and lean into the discomfort that they cause.

We need to share our hurt and acknowledge it and make space for it. When we do this we don’t create intergenerational wounds that our children have to carry.

We have had an outstanding summer, weather wise. Our yard has had turkey and deer ….the common squirrels and chip monks, plus plenty of birds of many varieties. It’s so enjoyable for us.
